Thanks for a pleasant stay, and response to questions and been accommodating.

Had great experience, very clean and quiet.

Fantastic stay. Lots to do around that area. Parking garage was very close and easy access. Communication was in a timely manner. Quick response is always appreciated. Especially when you have question that need an immediate response. Awesome restaurants and shops. Very clean space. I would 100percent book again.

They have hidden charges
4.3
Clean, conveniently located. There's no front desk clerk but the mgr is very responsive by phone.
4.3
It was a good stay. Place was clean. Walking distance to shopping, movies, and very nice restaurants. Only real complaint was that the shower was kind of small.
4.3
The place was perfect great location and safe to stay there especially I am familiar with the area. Thank you The Sunset Inn -South Miami, FL. I will Definitely stay again & Recommend!!

I loved the room and the neighborhood! If I'm ever in Miami again, that's where I am staying. There are a ton of restaurants and activity around the hotel.
Top Notch!

Very beautiful and clean love the details it’s like a little studio love it
4.3
The room was clean and the environment quiet.
Great service.
4.3
The main door entrance lock was missing the deadbolt, so the place could be accessed freely from the street
4.3
Great little apartment. TV and AC and hot water were all fine. GREAT communication from the property manager and convenient and reasonable parking. My only complaint was there was a lot of early morning noise due to street sweepers and construction on the next block (more McCondos being built), but can't fault the place for that. Thanks again.

Loved our stay at the Sunset Inn. Amazing location with shops and great restaurants at walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable. Manager responded timely to every inquiry we had. Highly recommended!
4.3
This place was perfect! It was cozy and clean and close to plenty of delicious restaurant options. The bed was comfortable, the tv was great, and the kitchenette was a nice touch. If I come back to South Miami in the future I’ll hope to book here again!
4.3
The only downside was that our room was next to the entrance and you could hear everybody coming in and out of the building. The last day early morning, some guests/staff were opening/closing the door really heavy and wake us up. Btw, make sure you go by the address in Expedia and not the one in Google or you're going to be lost for no reason!

Great communication, clear instructions nice clean cozy

Great unit near University of Miami and other attractions.
4.3
Could not get in contact with management. Did not have towels, received parking ticket following their instructions, poor communication.
Great location though.
4.3
Great location. Easy access. Excellent communication from management. Nice and appropriate amenities in the kitchenette. Super Cuban restaurant around back of the block. (But... could use some tissues -- just a suggestion).

Thanbk you for your service! I was skeptical a bit at first for the "text only" communication, but everyrthing worked out quite well. We stayed at Sunset Inn on the way to a Florida Keys vacations. This was an excellent stopping poing for us - just perfect. We had a great time at the bar just outside called Bouganvillea's and had an excellent breakfast the following morning before we were on our way. Thanks again!

Clean room and convenient spot.
Helpful staff. Lisa was very helpful.
Cleaning cost of 50 dollars every time is high.
Towels, sheets s/b changed every 2 or 3 days. If not people would not rent for more than a few days.

Was in town and needed a place close enough to the Univ. of Miami. I prefer to walk whenever possible. The Metrorail from MIA had a stop 2 blocks from the property. Super convenient. A Whole Foods and CVS were nearby (~5 min walk) so I saved money by not eating out every meal. The property is quaint and very clean. Kitchenette was well stocked for my needs. It was cool to experience the area of town known as “South Miami.” Will definitely look into staying here again if I’m ever back in Miami.

Cozy Retreat at Sunset Inn
My family and I enjoyed a delightful stay at Sunset Inn in South Miami just after Christmas, and it was truly wonderful. The rooms were lovely, offering a perfect balance of coziness and space for my wife, son, and me. Although the bathroom and kitchenette were on the smaller side, the overall comfort and spacious feel made our stay quite pleasant.
The neighborhood itself was fantastic—quiet, peaceful, and with a great restaurant conveniently located right underneath the inn. We found it to be a perfect spot to grab delicious food throughout the day, adding to the convenience of our stay.
Parking was a breeze with a garage just across the road. It was reasonably priced, and, to our delight, free during our post-Christmas visit. The ample parking space inside the garage made our comings and goings hassle-free. Unloading and loading up near the property was a breeze, thanks to short-stay parking spots conveniently located by the stairway.
What impressed us even more was the accessibility to all the great sites in Miami from Sunset Inn. It served as an excellent hub for our explorations, making it easy to venture into the city and enjoy the vibrant attractions.
All in all, Sunset Inn provided us with a comfortable, quiet haven in a charming neighborhood, making our stay highly recommended. We look forward to returning and creating more wonderful memories in the heart of South Miami and Beyond.

Sunset Inn is VERY accomodating and I will definitely be back!

Apartment is lovely and in a fantastic location. Beware of the check in process though if you don’t have access to a US phone line. We were sent the room access code by WhatsApp however it would not
open. We replied and tried to call and message for over an hour to resolve however no answer, eventually had to go into the shop downstairs to ask to use their phone! Would be a lot easier if the code could just be sent by email. Once this was sorted all was good however could of done without an hours wait to check in after a long flight.

The Sunset Inn is a very good possibility for a relativ cheap accomodation in Miami. It is without housekeeping during the stay, But there are enought staff (toilett paper, towels, etc)
The room is simple but cozy. There is a queen size bed, a table with two chairs, a mini kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. A small wardrobe and storage possibilities. The bathroom door was not able to completly close. Otherwise the bathroom was okey, with a small shower, toilett and washbasin.
It was a quiet area, even though the metrotrain station is just 2 minutes away and with this you can ride within 20 minutes to downtown.
The area around the accomodation is very lively with a lot of different restaurants, supermarket and shops.
We can recommend the Sunset Inn for a City trip. Thank you so much for keeping our luggage in the room till afternoon on departure day!!

Nice apartment in a great area

It took me a few minutes to figure out what the actual entrance was. The address given is off, it's in the same building, but under a different address. Check-in is a little different, there is no front desk and the place is unmanned. You go through check-in via email and get a code to enter the building and your unit.
While I was staying there, someone saw me walk up to the building and then proceeded to pound on the front door. I reached out to the number left in the room for emergency both by text and calling, I'm still waiting for someone to answer me. I was made to feel very
uncomfortable and them not responding made it worse.
The only good things I can say is the place is clean and seemed maintained and there's decent internet

Work and School, what a lovely stay when home is a week away. I could walk to work and park for a nominal fee when needed, and management was very responsive to any inquiries or issues.
With only eight units in the building, it felt safer to come in and out of the building, even during evening hours. I stayed in the Deluxe Studio for a week and look forward to becoming a regular visitor.

A little noisy
4.3
Good location, 5 minutes walk from the metro rail station. Good price.
4.3
There was no hot water no matter how long I ran the shower. My door code mysteriously stopped working, leaving me locked out on the street at 10pm, and it took two hours for them to send me a new code. There was a strange smell coming from the airconditioner, which they tried to fix but it never went away.
4.3
It's an off-beat, non-traditional set-up, but if you're in town for business, medical concerns (we were having surgery at Lennar), or dropping off kids for college, it is a great place to stay. Communication with staff could not have been better, and there are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance.
Only concern would be that it's not well signed (it's the second floor of the Carrot Express building), but they helped us navigate that.
4.3
I liked everything but the parking it doesn’t have their own and i had to pay extra for parking it’s not a property with elevator or lobby ! Everything else was fine!
4.3
We stayed here for several nights while dropping our daughter off to college. I misunderstood the parking and we had to scramble and pay for our first night separately but the staff were great to get me a parking pass for the rest of our stay. The trash/street sweeper(?) were loud in the mornings but the studio was super cute and clean and we loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops.
4.3
Nice place. Parking a little confusing, ask before getting there for a parking pass
4.3
Great location
4.3
Honest price and perfect for an overnight stay to enjoy the area.
4.3
Everything you need for an unbeatable price.
4.3
This is a perfect option if you don't want to spend a lot of money. It's clean, safe and well-located. I had a long stay and hotel prices were crazy elsewhere so I was happy to find this.
