Fine for a few days and fairly central.

Nice apt block with clean and lovely gardens, apt a lot smaller than it appears on the pics but fine for a few days.

Quiet location. Beautiful landscaping. well appointed kitchen (except fridge) Drinking water provided.. wifi was Goodpasture

TINY refrigerator. Freezer in fridge did not work. AC cooled but just barely, considering the size of room. we stayed 11 nights, had to pay to have the room cleaned. Accomodation was very tight for 2 people with extended stay.

We stayed nearly 2 weeks. But we had to pay to have it cleaned. Unexpected for such a long stay.

Plants outside were beautiful. Kitchen was basically hallway, yet well appointed with nice appliances. Bed was big, definitely firm. WiFi was fairly consistent.

Way too small for 2 people. Would likely choose a bigger option next time.

Superb

Modern and clean apartment. The bed is huge 200cm x 200cm and comfortable! However, the pillows are too soft and thin, but you can put an additional cushion under it. Although a choice for thicker pillows would be nice. Wifi worked very well. Nice swimming pool in the garden. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a tank with drinking water available. The host is very friendly, helpful and she replies quickly to messages. It's located just outside the busy center, walking distance. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

We didn't like the airconditioning. It has a bright screen and light on it, which can't be turned off by the remote control. During the night it was very annoying, it kept waking me up. Don't let this hold you back, just don't forget to bring a sleep mask! The AC worked, but it couldn't keep the apartment as cool as we wanted. But it was acceptable. We didn't had hot water at the shower at our first night. The second night it worked for about 10 minutes. When it works, it's a very comfortable shower!

Fantastic comfortable apartment

Self catering facilities (although there isnt much at the grocery shops we checked, perhaps buy in advance in Tulum/Chetumal). Comfortable large bed, pool.

The location is good and walking distance to the lake and square but of course it would be nicer to be right on the lake ;) Bear in mind the pool and outdoor area is shared. Not the easiest to find by car - ask for a photo of the gate!

You won't regret staying here especially if you have to work on the Internet!

THIS PLACE HAS A FAST AND STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION! i was able to trade/work without any issues whatsoever! Due to some misplanning on our side we arrived way too early in Bacalar. The host was very forthcoming and took our luggage into a safe place until our room was ready for check-in. The room was very spacious, the kitchen had everything one could ask for. A big water jug was conveniently available as well. The shower... Oh my, the pressure was BEAUTIFUL, the best we've had in a long time travelling through México. The Internet was super fast and no issues at all. The outdoor facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff was very attentive and very friendly and helpful. All in all, I'm above and beyond happy with our stay and we will definitely be back at some point. Good times! P.S. Please try the family owned "Delicious Pizza". It's a 3 min walk and you will not regret having eaten there. Top notch pizza (i had the Mexicana🍕😋😍)

Exceptional

It's a real jewel in Bacalar as you don't find any condominiums in the village. The place is new. Has everything you need. It's very quiet and safe. Walking distance to the lagoon and the center. It has it's own balcony and the kitchen. Elizabeth was very nice and helpful.

The shower needed some adjustments but I am sure it was quickly done as soon as I left.
