Great hotel

A great hotel. We enjoyed ourselves our whole duration there wish we stayed longer. Great facilities for children as well. Food was tasty

Super, total empfehlenswert!

Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber im gesamten Hotel. Reichliches, abwechselndes Essensbufett zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir hatten mittags a‘la carte gegessen. Dieses war jedesmal sehr schön angerichtet und schmeckte ausgesprochen lecker. Das war das erste Hotel in dem man wirklich zu jederzeit, eine Liege am Pool und Meer bekommen hat! Die Liegen wurden jedesmal mit Handtücher vom Poolboy vorbereitet und man erhielt eine Kühlbox mit kalten Wasser, toll !!! Nur zur Info: Wellnessbereich/ Sauna ist für Männer und Frauen getrennt, war uns leider bewusst. Mit dem Taxi ist man ca. in 20 Minuten in der Marinabay für ca. 12-15€. Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!!!

Exceptional Guest Management

Taj is symbol of luxury and this resort add a great value to its name by real five star treatment to the guest. We selected this resort for our wedding anniversary celebration based on best reviews found in booking.com. The hotel guest relations and all staff made our stay and celebration memorable. They provided us a free upgrade to one bedroom suite and made the occasion special with a cake and floral arrangement. About the property, it’s located with a nice water front and palm view. Beach and pool are managed professionally. Kids facilities are available with a special covered kids pool. Very clean and staff are always helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast is awesome with lot of choices especially not to miss for anyone who love Indian food. There are multiple options in addition to indian food. Al’s ewe have tried room service, food is tasty and presented nicely. Taj exotica resort, Thanks for everything.

מלון מדהים. אין מילים לתאר. השירות מצוין והמלון עצמו חדש וגדול. הכל באמת מושלם אבל החלק הטוב ביותר הוא האוכל. לקחנו פנסיון מלא וזאת הייתה בחירה מצוינת. אוכל ברמה של מסעדות שף בתל אביב.

Соотношение цена-качество очень хорошее. Получаешь чуть больше чем за ту же стоимость в соседних отелях. Цены умеренные, качество высокое. Персонал, кроме клининга, очень услужлив.

С уборкой в номерах были проблемы, убирали очень плохо. Плюс персонал похоже ворует комплименты, которые они должны класть в номера. Потому что мы напоминали об этом много раз и нам их клали только по напоминанию. Да еще и клининговая служба лгала, утверждая каждый раз, что они ве клали, что это мы просто не заметили. Презент это мелочь, а вот когда тебя пытаются выставить дураком, вот это правда не приятно. Ну и в основном ресторане в обед еду ждешь по полтора часа вне зависимости от количества посетителе. Бывало занято 2-3 стола из 50ти и все равно ждешь час-полтора пока тебе все принесут.

One of the best hotels in The palm.

I usually travel a lot and I try different hotels for my clients who invest in hotels. This time I visited the Taj Hotel and I was so surprised at how great my experience was there. The staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean, very quiet and perfect for families, couples or solo travellers who want to have a great time in an amazing environment. Breakfast was very good and delicious with a lot of options and great quality. The hotel is beautiful I highly suggest this place and 10000% I will come back to stay for more time.

Location is a bit of hassle due to it’s location at the end of the palm, but if you are planning to relax and not to move around a lot then the hotel is unbeatable

Relaxing family vacation on the Palm

Very nice staff, unfailingly kind and professional, great architecture, light filled and friendly, good drinks, tasty bbq underneath the stars and not to be missed Indian restaurant. Great view from the Terrasse. What I really liked is that they had two lifeguards on the pool. This way we felt very safe when we once had to leave our boy unobserved for five min. We also loved that the breakfast Buffett is open till 11 am. And even there they are very generous with time.

Nothing. Just one suggestion: tell people about your events and specials on the next days on check-in (like the bbq night).

Would definitely recommend. Beautiful.

The staff - from beginning to end - were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much. We were greeted with drinks and a sea shell necklace, taken by the receptionist to our room after a brief tour, and ate at a couple of restaurants there. Facilitates were so lovely and impressed by the gym, spa and pool. Beautiful decor, exceptional service. Breakfast was buffet style and amazingly varied.

More wider range of vegan options on the menu please, apart from Indian cuisine which we are used to eating, it would have been nice to have more than just veggie burgers or tomatoes spaghetti as an option.

Great resort with lovely pool and beach

Great hotel with nice pool and beach area. My 4yr old loved the pool and beach. The kids club is small but ok. Everything looks new and glamorous. Breakfast was very good. We had half board and loved the buffet dinner. Our family suite was very big and modern. Staff and service were mostly all great as you would expect in any five star resort. Its a lovely hotel and you *get what you pay for*.

Airport taxis arranged by the hotel are not reliable. The taxi drivers do not work for the hotel - they should make that clear. I asked at the reception and they quoted 160Dh to airport, Uber XL was around 150 but I mistakenly thought that the hotel's taxi might be better. They told me the taxi would accept cards. The taxi driver was all nice and chatty and then on the drop off he wouldn't take cash and charged 40Dh (25%) extra for card payment. Just left a bad taste at the end. I understand it might not be hotel taxi and they don't control the driver's behaviour. The hotel should tell the guests to confirm the taxi price with the driver directly.

Excellent, highly recommended to others especially those first timers who haven’t been to Dubai before!

We absolutely loved everything about the The Taj. It was no hustle and bustle. We were even provided a room in the early hours of our arrival which were were very grateful for. There was unlimited supply of bottle water which was great as it was so hot and kept us hydrated. All the team from front desk to house keeping were very attentive. Our son was enjoyed the football pitch. The food was exceptional at all restaurants.

There was negatives for us at all.

Our stay at The Taj Extotica was excellent. The staff went out of their way to ensure that all guest expectations are met. Food was amazing

The location is a bit out. To come in to the property and to get out of the property at The Palm, Jumeirah there is only one road going in and out. So next time would book a property closer to the entrance of the Palm

Perfect hotel, location with amazing staff.

The staff are amazing at this hotel, particularly Butler Manager Sam. The rooms are a great size. The club lounge was excellent with an amazing selection of afternoon tea and cocktails.
