The hotel itself is lovely. Quiet and clean. Front desk was very polite and welcoming.

I didn’t try the breakfast. It didn’t look appetizing. Although I did order a drink at the bar and the bartender was lovely! I wish I could remember her name. The location was a little too far for my liking. It’s also right by food places that closes extremely early.

Extend the bar/room service hours. With everything closing so early around them, you can’t get anything after 10pm. The pool area, closes at 10 as well. Doesn’t have adult time separate from kids. The pool is also abnormally cold!!!!!! My son and I couldn’t even get in, it was so cold!!!!

Checked in 8pm, quickly, friendly, moved our luggage easily, very nice room and bed. All good. Out

New property not aware of it until now. An excellent one night experience.

Everything was great except the breakfast was not ready at 7am both days. I had to be somewhere and waiting for the breakfast to get put out was a little disappointing. But the food was good once it was out. .

Breakfast food was cold...french toast was hard, coffee was cold. There were not a lot of rooms reserved but the room right above us was and kept us up most of night jumping around.

the hotel is nice but if you get hurt on the property which is still under construction and had bad room set up with sha

it was brand new and clean

my son was hurt at 4am on the property with a bleeding head injury and staff wasn’t trained for a emergency situation or even have a first aide kit available. we asked several timers if something like a incident report needed taken and they said no. the morning manager wasn’t even alerted of our situation by his night staff I had to tell him that we had to rush my 6 year old child to the er at 4am because of loss of blood and poor setup in the room. he was apologetic but didn’t really seem to do anything to help the situation and took my name and number and said property insurance would reach out to me- which they have yet to do. my son was hurt on their property due to a bad room design with sharp end tables next to the bed and they didn’t seem to care. we now have a large out of state hospital bill and I don’t feel we are liable to pay it since he got hurt on the property. it’s been a very hetic stay. we were there for peppa pig world and play and having 3 staples in the back of his head he just didn’t feel good at all the day after and wasn’t able to r her out activities we drove 5 hours from home to come and do and enjoy. staff was very nice but unfortunately undertrained and mark the manager did absolutely nothing for us to feel like the situation was some what justifiable. still waiting for insurance to call us.
