Clean, great location

It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a four night stay. I also loved its location, how close to the beach, restaurants, amusement arcades and shops it was.

I don’t dislike anything. The only thing I would say is suggesting a more substantial bench to sit on outside in the sun, maybe with padding on or cushions.

Enjoyed our festival but was disappointed with apartment.

The location is great and everything is on hand and short distance to walk.

Loads of food leftover from previous guests including used toothbrushes in bathroom. The bathroom was dark and a big step up to get into the shower. My 87 year old mother struggled. Not enough storage for clothes etc especially when four are sharing. My mom slept on the bed settee because she found it too cramped in the one bedroom. I wish I’d taken photos to be honest but the lady who owns it was nice and she got us an extra parking space. We looked at other apartments and some of them have a different set up and shower rooms. We wouldn’t stay at this particular one again but that doesn’t mean it’s the worse place we’ve ever stayed in.

Amazing stay, couldnt have been any better!

Location was amazing and it was so clean! The facilities provided were exceptional!! Would 100% recommend and definitely stay again :) a lovely place to stay!

Brilliantly situated apartment

Excellent location, very clean, and a very helpful owner who responded quickly to any questions. Welcome pack was brilliant too! We didn't have any problems with noise (given the central location).

Apartment was cosy but with little storage space, fine for our 4 days but we would have struggled if staying longer. The main bed was too soft for us but that might be personal preference. The pro's far outway these slightly negative comments!!

Fab time

Lovely little apartment, compact but in a fantastic location right in the thick of activities and in secure gated community, beach access via short walk (3 minutes) via a private gated path. All the bits n bobs you need in self catering. Mandy is very kind and helpful. Parking right at your front door. All in all very good.

the location was right in the middle of everything you you needed

Excellent apartment, beautiful location, very thoughtful host, we loved it!

Perfect location, private access to the beach, lovely apartment supplied with everything we need, spotlessly clean and tidy. Great that towels and bedding were included, as we have stayed in similar places where they weren't. We appreciated the welcome package and the information folder supplied. We would love to come back!!

Great apartment in great location.

The apartment was clean, tidy and the owner left, bread, milk, butter, wine and jaffa cakes which was a lovely touch. Great location for the beach which we utilised numerous times. The owner was easily contactable and checked in after we arrived.

It was as expected and described. Bedroom's are quite small for big people but there are manageable.

It was Perfect and ideal for me and my family. Would highly recommend and stay again!!

I loved the location. The apartment was also very clean and provided everything we could have possibly needed! Even left bread milk etc which was a lovely surprise!

What a lovely place to stay handy for everywhere and so clean on arrival there was tea coffee bread butter and wine everything you need will definitely be booking again Thank you mandy

it was really clean and comfortable, the flat was really nice, I love they also left a welcome pack with bread butter milk orange juice tea coffee sugar, it was such a thoughtful touch to the holiday, definitely would highly recommend and would stay here again.

excellent communication free m the owners before and during the stay location is really close to all local bars and restaurants accommodation suited us very well with couple and two teenage boys welcome pack was very thoughtful.

Perfectly located, clean and tidy apartment.

It was a lovely little apartment, although it was big enough for a family of 5 to comfortably stay here. It’s located right by the main attractions in Brean so it’s the perfect location to stay. Mandy is a wonderful host, who was very accommodating and polite 😊

I don’t have any complaints.

Highly recommended

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. It was like home from home. Everything we needed was there and it was clean and the beds were comfy. A 2 minute walk to the beach and the arcades were literally over the road. Even had a complimentary gift on our arrival. One happy family here ☺️

A wonderful stay for two...

Apartment in a closed estate, very clean, perfect location, shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Two minutes walk, private beach entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome package. Overall, a very good impression, I definitely recommend it.

We have nothing to complain about.

Lovely place to rent for a week end away

Central to amenities ,bus outside to weston super mare & Burnham on sea .

Amazing value for money seconds from the beach

The apartment was spotless and was really nice, well equipped for anything and everything you need. Also Netflix, Disney and free WiFi always a bonus!! The apartment was so clean and tidy and perfect ground floor parking outside the front door. We will deffo be back here. So family friendly !! The owner was always on hand for any questions we had. I can honestly say this was an amazing holiday so ideal if have children. Literally sevonds from the beach your that close you can hear the waves crashing !! Which sounds beautiful. Across the rd literally from arcades, restaurants brean theme park, markets and much more. Weve had so much fun.! Thank you so much the kids loved it as did we. ❤️ we only booked 3 nights but loved it that much we stayed for a week..
