Comfortable, homely apartment just a stone's throw from the beach.
The lock to the beach gate is temperamental and doesn't always work - despite me dousing it in WD40.

The location was very good.
Access to beach, activities and entertainment. All walking distance.
On entry, the domestic was present and the flat smelt clean.
Once in and settled the flat was not very clean at all.
The mattress was discustingly dirty.
The mop was smelly and black.
I would rate the cleaning standards as very low.

The property was lovely and in a good quiet location, near to shops and the beach ⛱️. The place was spacious, beds comfortable. Would definitely go back and hopefully to the same property..

Handy for beach and facilities.
Lack of a frying pan.

Great location, like being at home everything was there. Great to be able to park outside flat. Nice easy walk to the beach .
The only thing I found the main living room light maybe a ceiling light would be better it hurt my eyes when watching t.v it was not a good all around light. The oven has not been clean for a long time it smelt awful and looked awful hence we ate out every night . The second bedroom the curtains are not suitable they look like linners cream not ideal should be dark .

Nice place to stay pleasantly surprised better than expected, very comfortable, happy😀

The position of this apartment is brilliant. Right opposite the beach , central to all amusements , bars and shops . Quiet area and parking for two
The Appartment is needing money spending on it . The bathroom is new but the rest wants a paint there is marks all over.the walls The kitchen is tired and in need of a up grade One of the things that we did realise is the damp smell when you was in the lounge and kitchen . If it had these things sorted this would be a lovely apartment to stop in .

Parking space available, able to sleep at night, dog friendly, the bathroom, wooden easy clean flooring, the bed and linen was beautiful. The kitchen was clean but the coooking trays were very used.
The entrance was dirty. Needed a big clean. Cob webs all over the outer doors and just inside. The carpet was filthy. Didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. I cleaned it.
The settee had white dog hairs all over it and I had to hoover it down before I sat on it. One of the dog toys went under the settee and I fetched it out and it was rank. The settee must have never been moved and cleaned underneath.
On the surface and initial looked clean but it wasn't. I ended up cleaning the windows as I thought it was foggy but it was dirty on the inside.

Great location for Brean pubs, arcades, theme park & beach. Comfortable beds with clean bedding and towels as well as all kitchen facilities needed.
The beach walk needs clearing and a bit of maintenance as we had to use the walkway further down at the side of McColls. The place could do with a good clean, cobwebs and dust everywhere.

great location.
lovely spacious/clean apartment.
close to beech, shops and entertainment.
We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again for October.
nothing

It is near the beach.
It was in the wrong Town, was meant to be burnham on sea, it was actually Brean and caused us logistical issues.
The mould on the windows was a lovely feature and cob webs told a story in themselves.
The wall paper was peeling off in the rooms cusof damp.

Being on a private estate, good size for a family stay, most facilities you needed - microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, WiFi, etc. Access to the beach. Pleasant neighbours.
The bathroom has a lovely modern look and feel.
Could do with a side light in the living room.
The shower head was dirty, the wallpaper in the twin room was piling back, the water machine was held together on the front by tape. Some cupboard doors were not straight and the backs loose.

Everything was as stated and it was comfortable. It was cold outside (March) but heating was adequate. Resort was pretty much closed, so ended up going into Burnham on Sea for food & drinks most of the time.
Bathroom Extractor fan not working. Kitchen extractor running the whole time, very annoying! Think the lounge could do with a table lamp - too bright with main light on, and too dark without it. Just a suggestion, not a criticism.

Very quiet and peaceful residence, close to all amenities including private entrance to the beach just one minute walk away. Highly recommended 👌 👍

minor points really but I think it was because we were at the last week of the end if the season. there was some mould on bath mat and shower and the tap in the bath didnt work
but otherwise acceptable

I was surprised that it had dishwasher, washing machine very well equipped next time we will have to bring some clothes pegs it was well situated it’s a shame that COVID impacted on the facilities there the only downside for my 14 year old grandson
Great property needs a little TLC but would recommend it
Close to the beach great major problem was the walk way to get to the beach by the end of the week that sandumes where quite frightening I think some work needs to be done to make it a bit safer and more accessible but in saying that we loved it will be staying there again

We loved that it was pet friendly. The flat was lovely and big with new furnishings and curtains. Bedding and towels were all fresh and clean. There were plenty of cleaning products even dishwasher tablets and loo roll. Situated between beach and coast road with lots of shops and pubs. It’s a lovely base to explore brean and burn ham and weston
There’s no enclosed garden as was advertised but saying that there’s plenty of green lawn areas outside.

Self catering so no food included. Location was good.

Liked the situation.
Nice and clean.
Well laid out.
No shower major issue, being 6ft 2 mins, preferred to have a shower. Water also played up.
