Love love love

Everything! Mark and Tom were super welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was unbelievable comfortable. Breakfast each day was delicious & suitable for people with different food preferences. Location couldn’t have been any better. Walking distance to Eymet square Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

We stayed at Le Portanel on the recommendation of a friend who had previously stayed there, and it was every bit as good as we hoped. After a friendly welcome we were showed to our room which was gorgeous. Everything we needed to make our short stay as comfortable as possible. After a great night's sleep the breakfast provided was amazing, and the daily specials on both days were superb. Mark and Tom are superb hosts and very friendly and helpful, and Le Portanel is a beautiful house in a great location.

I would like to got there again.

The whole place is beautifully considered. The owners are absolutely charming, attentive and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious and really well equipped. 5 mins walk to the village centre. Excellent.

Perfect!

We had an amazing stay at La Portanel. Everything from beginning to end was great and you could really see that Mark and Tom care about details. I loved the hospitality and we felt really welcome. Also the location, breakfast, room and pool were perfect, no comments at all!

Wonderful break and great location to explore the wider region from.

Very clean accommodation and welcoming hosts. Wonderful breakfast was always something to look forward to. Off street car parking a bonus too.

Exceptional

The overall comfort and cleanliness of the property including the lovely pool. The attention to detail from our hosts Mark and Tom, the wonderful breakfasts out on the patio every morning. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be back.

Le Portanel .. fabulous

The hosts were amazing, breakfast delicious with a different special each day. The room and house were spotless, as was the pool. The location was a few mins walk from the centre of the town. We would happily stay again if they will have us !!

Blissful stay with friendly and accommodating hosts. Perfect!

Spacious rooms and garden to relax with nice pool. Lovely continental breakfast with freshly cooked option too. Mark and Tom were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Excellent Chambre D'hote - way above the French normal

Wonderful new B&B - great welcome - lovely big room with superb big bed - excellent bathroom - everything was spotless - first class breakfast - we were looked after very well and thoroughly enjoyed our stay although it was only one night - we will most certainly be back

Lovely, friendly accommodation with thoughtful, attentive hosts.

Mark and Tom run this fantastic accommodation with real care and attentiveness. Lovely big, bright rooms and a nice outdoor area with pool to match. A nice breakfast selection and lots of great thoughtful touches throughout (chilled water in the fridge etc, mobile air con unit in room etc). Located just a 5-6 minute stroll from the Eymet town centre and square.

The amazing hosts and the amazing breakfast! beautiful little B&B which was immaculate. We were staying in the area for a wedding at a nearby chateau and Le Portanel was the perfect place to stay!

Wonderful! 10/10

Everything! Really big rooms, lovely little pool area and it was spotless. The owners are just wonderful, so helpful and breakfast was a delight each morning. We were there during a very hot spell so it was a little hot at night but there are large fans in the rooms and shutters can be left open. 100% recommend and Eymet is a really cute little town.

The only thing which could have improved our stay would’ve been a mosquito net on the window to allow us to keep them fully open.

Mark and Tom were 1st class hosts, very friendly and helpful; we honestly couldn’t fault a thing. They had everything covered, pool towels, travel adapters, ironing board etc. The breakfast each morning was excellent, sitting in their lovely court yard was so relaxing. The pool facility was great given the very hot weather. The accommodation is spotless and ideally located; a couple of minutes walk into the centre. Thank you for helping make our stay in Eymet memorable!

Exceptional in all respect

Exceptional, every last detail for comfort was thought of, Mark was a great host, always checking we had everything we needed or wanted. In 14 years of living in France, travelling around, never found a gem like this before. Loved the specials on the breakfast menu each morning. Pool very welcome in such hot weather, highly recommend this chambre

Wonderful accommodation

This is an exceptional property. Tom and Mark are wonderful hosts. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the beds are so comfortable, the linen and the towels are of very high quality and the breakfast is five star standard. We really enjoyed the garden and the pool in the hot weather. I highly recommend this accommodation. We'll be back.
