Lakeside Landing is located at the end of a culdesac in the central lakeside suburb of Koutu. Just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to town. There is plenty of off street parking and a private jetty.
I am available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have. Always happy to share local knowledge too.
Koutu is a central lakeside suburb of rotorua, with a mix of residential and commercial premises. This house is in a quiet culdesac on the lake, with other residential houses surrounding it. Walking distance to Kuirau Park, an active geothermal area which is free to walk around, and also to the Rotorua lakefront, which has a fantastic playground for the little ones and lovely boardwalks for strolls along the lakeside.
Juniper and Patricks bakery are two small local shops also within walking distance on Lake Road which I highly recommend visiting!
A 2 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk will have you in the centre of town. Rotorua also has tax, Uber and bus services.
As there is unfenced access to the lake, young children require supervision at all times when outside.
Quiet hours 10pm - 7am

This property had everything we needed. It was warm and spacious. The table tennis table was put to good use, and sitting out by the jetty with a coffee in the morning was really lovely (we had beautiful weather and sunrises).

Easy and accurate communication. On line pics matched the property. Easy walk into town.

We did have to clear away debris from entrance due to storm that had come through before arrival but we enjoyed our stay in the property and enjoyed use of kayaks, table tennis etc. A separate toilet from the shower rooms would have been useful for the number it accommodates. But good for family holiday.
