Bring the whole family to this beautiful home after enjoying all that the Royal Gorge Region has to offer. Located 2.5 miles from downtown and 15 miles from the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, this home has easy access to any adventure you're looking for. This truly is your home away from home and you will find everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Full Kitchen, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms(2 queens, 2 twin bunk beds), smart tv's, 2 car garage, washer/dryer
-We look forward to hosting you. We’ve taken a great of pride in our vacation rental and are happy to share it with you. The following are house expectations and things to expect.
-Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on site.
-Trash needs to be placed in a trash receptacle
-All dirty dishes need to be placed in the dishwasher at the end of your stay and the dishwasher needs to start before you check out
-All used towels need to be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room
-All used beds need to be stripped, sheets need to be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room
-We want you to enjoy your visit, however, parties and large gatherings are not permitted on site
-Refrigerator and pantry needs to be emptied when you check out
-Toys need to be placed back into the toy basket when you check out
-If the grill is used, please cover and unhook propane after use
-Property has 3 outdoor cameras covering entrances and 1 in the garage
-If it snows, we will need to access the garage to get snow shovels, and snowmelt

This is an excellent home for a vacation in Canon City! The home is clean and very comfortable. We love the view from the back patio, great kitchen for eating in, and comfortable living spaces! We stayed in this home before and they have maintained the same high standards. We hope to stay here again!!

We were really excited about the patio but didn't get to use it much. Water seems to come on often and sprays the

This home is clean, well taken care of, and affordable. We book our trips to canon city around being able to stay at this house since we found it. We have stayed at other houses in the past when we were in town and were not impressed by the cleanliness, comfortability
and price. My family is was so happy when we found this place and we dont want to stay anywhere else now when we come to this area. You can tell the owner takes pride in this property. Cant wait to book this property next time we come to town!

4 days in Canon City in the perfect rental. Everything we needed for a great vacation. Full kitchen with just what needed to cook at home and only minutes away from great restaurants if we wanted to go out. The beds were comfortable to rest after a full day of exploring the area. We could pack light since we had a washer and dryer on site, this allowed us to have room to bring treasures home from our trip. Jeremy was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Location is convenient to the Royal Gorge Train and Jeep tours. House is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Amenities that we enjoyed include the patio with gas grill, garage to keep our car out of the heat, washer & dryer, and dish washer. We messaged questions to the owner and received responses within minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful and spacious home that allowed myself and my parents to have our own private spaces/bathrooms while also coming together in the living room and dining room areas. Lots of conveniences and a good set up, located very conveniently within Canon City while still being a very quiet neighborhood. We had a few questions for the host and they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Quick trip to see the Royal Gorge. Perfectly licated just minutes from town. Very comfortable living room, plenty of space for our family of 4 (two teen boys). Great kitchen and patio area to enjoy morning coffee.

Great location. Lots of cool there bags to do. We walked across the Royal Gorge Bridge and had so much fun. Very windy so wear a wind breaker. Great film, shops, picnic tables.

This beautifully decorated home has comfortable beds, a living room with enough seating for everyone that is attractive and comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and the backyard has great views.
We will definitely be hoping to stay here again for the Holy Cross Abbey wine festival in September!

This is a beautifully renovated home that appears to have been decorated by a professional interior designer. Comfortable, impeccably clean, nice residential neighborhood, friendly neighbors, close to Royal Gorge rafting, hiking, etc. Wonderful little rear patio. Kind, communicative owners. Highly recommend!

Location is close to Royal gorge and restaurants. The air conditioning was great. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. Everything was in working order. I highly recommend this rental property.

Home was beautiful, spacious, functional and clean! Perfect for two couples to enjoy vacationing together in Canon City, Colorado area. Large kitchen and dining area. Living area had large screen tv with ample and comfortable seating area. Beautiful patio and backyard with a grill. ( Propane tank on grill was empty and called host Jeremy G. and he had a new full tank delivered within a couple of hours!) Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We hope to vacation here again if we return to this area in Colorado!
