This Spanish style beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath, ground level single-story condo has all the amenities of a home and more. Guests enjoy a well-stocked full kitchen, large screen TV with movie channels, a gas fireplace, new carpeting, an outdoor grill, and an attached, secure, private garage at no extra charge.

A studio lock-off (2 guest max) is available to rent or the entire two-bedroom property (6 guest max). Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you would like to book this listing, the studio lock-off, or both.

The main pool, clubhouse, and one of the few lap pools are nearby.

The large, covered patio is perfect for private casual meals or cocktails. It is just steps from a luxurious saltwater lap pool and spa, and the main clubhouse, which features a restaurant, fitness center, multiple pools, outdoor barbeque, hammock garden, and spa. This studio offers the perfect balance of serenity, privacy, and convenience.

A portable crib, stroller, and high chair may be available. Please contact me to reserve.

Pets may be welcome based on the submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

No high-profile cars are allowed. Only one car is allowed in the gated community. One garage parking spot is available.

We also have a 2019 Mini Convertible, a 2015 BMW 5 Series, and a 2022 7-passenger VW Tiguan available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting a vehicle.

This property is located near all of the activities we enjoy in the Coachella Valley. We called the owner for assistance with the entry keypad. He answered promptly and was helpful. We hope to return for another visit in the near future. It is a desert community so, as with any other property in the desert, you may want to sweep the patio and dust the outside chairs and tables prior to using. It's a little chore with multiple rewards. The outside sitting area was perfect. It is shaded and mostly out of the wind. It was an excellent place to relax and enjoy a good book.

I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!

The Legacy is a beautiful property with many beautiful flowers and sparkling swimming pools. The unit is homey and well-equipped with everything one could want. If we are in the area again we will book this home!

The property was very nice. Its location was very convenient for tennis activities and nice dinners. Everything needed for our stay was included. I highly recommend this property for a stay in the desert.

We loved staying at this Legacy Villa unit in LaQuinta. The home was very comfortable and nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The short walk to LaQuinta Resort was an added plus. The Legacy Villas also have a great setup with pools and the club house and restaurant. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this unit to our friends. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Spent a week at Legacy Villas, 2nd time at the complex, first time in this unit. We love Legacy Villas and will be back. Unit was comfortable, clean, well appointed. Good communication with property manager as needed. Loved having the lap pool essentially to ourselves most days. Main pool also steps away as an another option. Would stay again, no doubt.

Accommodations were perfect for us. Fix the toilet screech, though. it does stop after a minute but happens with every flush. Would be wonderful if coffee and accoutrements were also provided here. We stopped at Trader Joe’s which is pretty close by for provisions… We enjoyed the condo very much and would return again. Thank you so much!!

Great place as every unit here is exceptional that I have stayed at. Garage is a huge plus!! So close to multiple pools!! The only draw back is it is a single story, so in 115 degrees it is hard for the AC to keep it cool. Otherwise amazing.

The lock on front door was broken could not get in my friend Finley got it to open but for the rest of the stay I could not get it to work at all had to leave it unlocked when we left the backset would not retract far enough to clear strike not good ! But we felt the place was safe enough to do so Thankyou Jess please get lock repaired

We really enjoyed this unit! It was super close to the main pool and had a quiet pool next to it as well. The unit was very clean and supplied more than enough bath and shower towels. We liked being able to park our car in the garage!

This is a charming and immaculate home across the street from the main pool, yet very quiet and private (as it's a corner unit). The property manager, Garrett, was very attentive to our needs/questions. Additionally, the use of a garage and having so many in-home amenities was very helpful. We intend to be back very soon!

Legacy condo was set in a safe and beautifully manicured property. From going through the controlled front gate to the front door, we were very impressed. The condo was just as promised with all the amenities needed for our stay. Garrett was a wonderful host and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. After reading through his notebook, we enjoyed the grounds even more with a nightly walk around the property. Relaxed on the patio and then walked over to the lap pool for a refreshing swim and dip in spa. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!
