Overall, it seemed clean and the property managers were easy to get a hold of and work with and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The refrigerator is small, and the outdoor grill was unusable. One couch is very broken. Overall with family we had fun and enjoyed our stay. A new grill, couch, and a large refrigerator would make all the difference.

There was dirty bedding under the stairs and we did not feel that the sheets on the bed were clean. There were not enough towels or clean bedding had everyone to come. The furniture is in terrible shape. The beds don't fit the frames, the couch is broken, and the fabric on the dining chairs is peeling off. This was the worst VRBO I have ever stayed in. We were EXTREMELY disappointed.

Check-in process was as smooth as could be, and being located right next to the aiport was a huge plus! The owner was also super responsive!

Parts of the property are not well maintained, such as dining chairs broken and not safe to sit on, broken couch back with a part sticking out the back of it etc.. The A/C went out the last night we were there, so house was over 80 and not comfortable for sleeping at all. No hand towels, just washcloths for drying hands. The king bed, which was in a smaller size room, should have been in the master bedroom with bathroom so a married couple could have slept in there and had their own bathroom. Unfortunately one of our kids got that luxury since the bed was to small for a couple to be comfortable in. Lastly, grill was disgusting and not appropriate for cooking, it’s a propane grill and was ruined by charcoal use.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed the gaming table but some of the pool balls were missing. It rained quite a bit so we didn't use the hot tub but we did buy a bag of matchlight charcoal so we could cook out 1 night.

Came to town for our extended family Christmas and needed a place close to my aunt's house with room for me and my husband, our 2 young kids and my parents. This place fit the bill perfectly. House was very clean and as described. It even had a pack-n-play for my youngest!

Perfect little property for a stay in San Antonio. Good sized bedrooms, a great yard for the dog, and tons of seating in the common areas. If you go with pets, I would definitely pay for the deep cleaning insurance. It was rainy when we stayed, and the dog couldn't help tracking in mud, but knowing I had paid for that extra cleaning made it stress free. The property owner is super nice and helpful, and there was great communication. I would absolutelt recommend this place.

My husband, small kids, two dogs and I traveled to SA to meet our first grandbaby! Location was key as we needed to be close to grocery, downtown, our daughter and her new baby! We had it all! The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. We will be back!

The house was well kept and in a good neighborhood. The back yard was great to sit in at night and relax, and it had a great climbing tree for the kids. There were even lights in the trees. We loved the house and the owner was great to work with. The only minor downside was that the fridge in the kitchen is not full size.

Our family enjoyed this home. Everything was provided including the shampoos, laundry detergent. Very clean and spacious for the kids to roam. Our kids enjoyed the game table. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Everything looked as the pictures on VRBO. The home was fully stocked with soaps/shampoos, also laundry detergent. Which was great b/c I forgot mine. It was very spacious and my teens enjoyed the game table. I would recommend the owner to up the temp on the hot water heater. The water was nearly to cool to shower. Other than that it was great. Perfect location to all attractions, whether you wanted to go to New Brunfels or San Antonio.

HOME IS NEWLY BUILT, GREAT A/C AND HEATER, THE ONLY ISSUE I WOULD SAY IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD, SOME HOMES ON THIS STREET WERE ABANDONED AND TRASHED WHICH MAKE THE NEIGHBORHOOD LOOK BAD. ALSO, BED MATRESSES WERE A LITTLE ON THE OLD/RETIREMENT SIDE.(FYI-NEED NEW BEDS AND CORRECT FRAMES) BUT BESIDES THAT OUR STAY WAS GREAT THATS WHY I GAVE IT A 5 STAR.

Worst experience I’ve ever had I checked in at 12 o’clock at night only to be woken up at 7 o’clock in the morning by the property post with a gun trying to tell me that I didn’t belong there and I needed to leave accusing me of partying walked into my place while I was sleeping with a gun and threaten me and woke me up and told me if I don’t get out he was going to do it he had to do this man is out of his mind and should probably be on medication and it’s not the last he’s heard from me had me out in the street in my jeans no shirt threatening me with a gun I had to beg him to take his head off of his weapon because I was no threat and then the cops showed up and confirmed with him that I what is the title to be there in my check out time was not until 1 o’clock he was then asked to leave and he should’ve been arrested and I am filing criminal charges against this man and I will see him in court I’m also very upset with Vrbo for their lack of compassion for my situation and their lack of ability to deal with this man and his property is still up for rent on their site even after he’s a psychopath with a gun
