Was extremely comfortable and clean as soon as we walked in. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were immaculate, indoor pool was perfect for the kids, and the complimentary breakfast every morning was top notch.

Service and breakfast was great although they should have a sign for children not to touch food if they are not accompanied by their parents, I saw a lot of children putting back bacon and sausage with their hands back into the buffet warmer

Hotel room was clean for the most part but the room desperately needs renovation and our tub was clogged. Front desk was quick to have maintenance come and fix the issue but was a major inconvenience. Breakfast was super good.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beds were wonderfully soft. Love the fact that kids could sleep in one room, and we could be on the fold out sofa in the other- felt like 2 seperate rooms for the proce of one! The free breakfast was a feast and the made to order omelettes were phenominal! Staff were very helpful and friendly! 10/10, will stay in this line of hotels from now on!

Our stay would have been great but the A/C went out in our room and they us box fans. Which made it stuffy and hot. You should have a maintenance on deck to solve these problems when your all booked up
