I loved the staff response to our concerns. The place is central to alot of places in Harties

The secludedness of the room was awesome. Away from the busyness of everyone. And the staff were quite friendly. The room had a separate shower and a bath with his and her basins. It has a swimming pool, braai area and entertainment room that is being developed.

The place is a self catering accommodation and the room we had is still being improved. Can't wait to see the kitchen when it's completed.

Stay was just ok.

Location was great.

Grounds untidy in certain places a lot of hoarding in the back. No window in bathroom and no door between bathroom and bedroom making it very tricky. Cleaning services are paid for separately and cleaning chemicals not provided especially for bathroom. Entrance and exit to premises is a bit of an inconvenience.

I'd definately book Koi inn again.

The area is so quiet and good for tranquility.And thanks to our host Juan.very friendly.The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable.

I'd suggest for helpers to check the rooms on daily basis especially for guest not to run out of toilet papers.

Overall I had a great time there.

It was very nice and quiet, smells great and very clean, the host Juan was very nice and friendly, I was able to get a massage in my room which was very cool

Bugs in my room not cool, shower did not have hot water sometimes

Terrible location

No problem with the apartment itself, and luckily Juan was an amazing host.

The location is terrible. It's so far outside of Harties it's actually not even in the same province! And every time you want to leave , or arrive at the gate you have to call management to open, which is very frustrating.

we met Juan at the gate what a great host my word.. the place was beautiful and clean an peaceful. Juan was great from day 1 till our last day. his a great manager and he knows how to treat people. i would go back there anytime. I give it 10/10.

Relaxing, Friendly Staff and a great weekend away

Very well maintained and a pleasure to be at. went with our puppy who loved the openness as well. staff are very attentive and friendly. overall great relaxing experience

Juan was the best

The place was very clean, good value for money,our host Juan was the best, welcomed us witha smile and kindness even gave us extra blankets since it's winter. I'd definitely recommend and definitely going back in summer

Very good

Room was spacious enough, very clean. We were met with the keys and taken around the resort , shown all the facilities. Juan was a great host. He was always on call with everything that we required. A very helpful young gentleman.

There was no breakfast . The place is still being renovated.

Best place by far

The service was excellent. John is very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and everything was just convenient. The place is peaceful and beautiful. A real value for money.

Disappointing

The swimming pool area is nice and tidy aswell as the Koi pond area . The room and the kitchen is nice and neat.

Our first night on our stay people were screaming and fighting and you can the other rooms Tv were very loud till late at night , and in the morning the parrot makes very irrtating noices very early in the morning right infront of our room that we stayed in, and their dogs barking very early mornings aswel. The entertainment room is not very well looked after , the pool table are dirty and old their is no proper pool Q's to play with and the table tennis is falling apart and just over all the entertainment area is messy. Their is unfinished buildings and rouble all over the property which is a bit off putting. There was this awfull smell that came from the drain inside the bathroom. The couch was very uncomfortable and hard, was very unpleasant to sit on it.

Every thing was out of this world. Beautiful place, nice and cozy room.

Very cosy little place. It is clean and the people are friendly and helpful. Well enough equipt.

The units are extremely hot and doesn't have any ventilation. It's great for a place to only sleep, which makes it a little expensive for that concept only. There is a pool and entrainment area around the other side though if you really want to. I think we just ended up in the last available room.

looking forward to back

the place is still growing, the host was very friendly and open for us.

just in the morning while we were still sleeping, we woke up because of noise outside, hopefully next time when we come it will not happen again, maybe it was the constructions outside.there was a spider in the wall unit.

Amazing weekend stay

The quietness. , scenery. Cleanliness of the place nd affordability. The host was so awesome, he was helpful to the end. I forgot the pool.

Not enough utensils in the kitchen. Like salad bowls , dessert bowls nd a bar fridge which is too small for self catering apartments.
