Welcome to the Cape, a private gated community within the heart of Horseshoe Bay. Prime location for families wanting to be on Lake LBJ. Spacious 2-story town home featuring large spacious living room is open to the kitchen and dining. This private home features 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. 3 bedrooms on the main floor all with ensuite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen size beds in each. Upstairs you will find a game room with pool table and foo's ball table, large TV for movie viewing with ample seating. Outside you'll find 2 jet ski slips, large dock to tie up to, (boat slip currently unavailable). Lots of outside seating, and dining options with cooking on propane BBQ grill.
Perfect for spreading out, enjoyment indoors and out! Decks are ideal for shade, lounging, fishing, and swimming. sunbathing, sunsets, and star gazing. Calm (no wake zone) water and open water view. Walking distance to ice cream, bait, and rentals at the Horseshoe Bay Resort Marina. Pleasant climate year-round!

This home comes equipped with all the necessities. Your bath and bed linens are provided, and the kitchen comes equipped with dishes, cooking pans and utensils, blender, coffee maker and a starter supply of hand and dish soap, paper towels and laundry detergent.
Horseshoe Bay has something for everyone! The easy access to the lake provides a convenience for activities such as boating, fishing, paddle boarding, and other water sports. Is golf your game of choice? If so, there are five public courses within a 20-mile radius. This condo is a great home base for exploring all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. With abundant opportunities for recreation and entertainment, you will never run out of things to do. Visit local vineyards and antique shops. Explore caverns, hike and bike the numerous state parks nearby, or simply grab some of the legendary pie at the famous Bluebonnet Café.
