This property was everything we were looking for to house our large family. Great location to town with amazing views. We had some small issues but Kathy was on top of all of them. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the bonus room with all the games. If you are looking for a large comfortable house in Jerome this is the property for you.

Property was easy to get to had tons of space. For the size of the house a larger or second refrigerator would be great but we made it all work.

A group of friends and I rented this house for a week. Kathy was quick to answer any questions and fix problems when needed! Advice: house is on blind corner, so loop around (or back up) in the driveway so you can pull out, not back out. House is amazing! Jerome is wonderful: eat at the Clinkscale restaurant!!! You will have a great time! One last thing: yoga classes are offered across the street in the old high school if you like that! Bonus!!

We had a great time together with lots of space for 10 adults and a toddler. The pool table was a big hit. We all slept comfortably, cooked in a very well stocked kitchen, ate together at the spacious dining table. The deck was beautiful to see the sunsets, drink coffee, and visit. Lots of areas to play games, cuddle, and spread out. Loved the coffee bars! Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us!

We had 10+ people with us. Plenty of space for all. Located right outside the main drag in Jerome. Nice and quiet at night. Beautiful inside, we had a blast. Very well maintained home, fairly new as well.
WILL DEFINITELY book this place again. The owners of this place were very easy to work with and super friendly and kind. Good people.

Weekend in Jerome
We had a great time in Jerome and Cottonwood for the weekend! Our party was 8 adults and 4 teens and we all fit easily in the house. The property was perfect for what we wanted, which was to spend time together. We loved the kitchen and main room, which are great layout for hanging out, and the deck views were amazing! I’d recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a weekend in Jerome!

Beautiful home with beautiful views
After not travelling for a couple years we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This property is located in an amazing spot where you can really take in all the views and just relax in comfort. Kathy was excellent to deal with and we had zero issues at all. Would love to come back some day!

Beautiful property with incredible amenities. Great location in proximity to popular destinations!
The good: Beautiful home and very clean. There were so many different areas to spread out and enjoy our time together. When we all wanted to be together, there were extra tables and chairs to set up with plenty of space to eat/activities together. The steam shower & jetted soaking tub were also group favorites. The linens on the beds were of hotel quality & so very comfortable! Another nice touch was coffee stations on each level for convenience. The property owners provided very organized information to any questions we had .
The disappointments: As a group that was supposed to be 20, but ended up being 15 due to illness, we took careful consideration in selecting the property. One of the biggest features that our young adults were looking forward to was the mountainside jacuzzi that was described in the listing when we booked. We found out just days before check in that the jacuzzi was out of service due to a recent leak. We had several members of our party very upset about this and wanted to see if we could cancel and find another place to stay! I asked about our options or a reduction on our rate ahead of check in, but didn’t receive a response until the morning of check out. The property owner did refund a very small amount, approximately 3% of the amount we paid for the inconvenience. This was a nice gesture, but we felt not enough since it was featured prominently.Upon arrival, and inspection of the jacuzzi, it appeared as if it hadn’t been in use for a very long time. We all felt like this was a misleading aspect of the description and I’ve noticed it has since been removed. Unfortunately, for us, we paid a much higher price than we would have because of it.
Another item that was mentioned in the description was that our first breakfast would be provided by a local restaurant or bakery. This was also referenced in the welcome book near the front door. This was never provided or acknowledged.
Master bedroom bed was so high off floor I had to run and jump to get into bed. I’m 5’5.
Suggestions to owners: Consider provider a full sized coffee maker for a property that accommodates up to 20 people. When all that is available is Keurigs and K-cups, they go very quickly with 15 coffee drinkers for multiple mornings in a row. There were only a couple of kitchen utensils that could have been useful since we were there over thanksgiving: a traditional whisk and a ladle. Other than those items, everything was very well appointed.
