Everything about this trip was great from the check in all the way to the check out. House is perfect and extremely clean. Love the decor and location. A lot of walking and stairs around this town but was nice to have such a great house to return to and look out over the town and valley at night. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you!!

I very much enjoyed the front porch. This was my first trip to Jerome and I enjoyed my stay at The Pink Lady.

A superb Jerome experience... although definitely not for the high-maintenance visitor. This lovely Victorian (ish) two-story has a with spectacular view, overlooking downtown and the mountains across the valley. It's a bit spooky (not really), funky, quaint, and has loads of room and even an apricot tree overhanging the front gate/boardwalk. As long as you can handle a few dozen stairs whenever you go out, this place is a dog-friendly dream house for a very relaxing getaway. Property owner is a breeze to deal with. Highly recommended.

The house was very comfortable, decorated in Victorian style in true Jerome form. It was a great location, only a short walk to get anywhere in the center of town.

This house exceeded my expectations. I loved the town and staying in a home close to everything which was itself so eclectic made the trip more memorable! Looking forward to many more bookings.

The house is just like it looks in the pictures and the check in process was very easy. The porch has the perfect views and is great to relax in the morning or evening. Would definitely book this place again for a relaxing and peaceful weekend.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was absolutely lovely and so quaint. We really enjoyed sitting out in the front patio. The boardwalk at the front of the property was so neat! The restaurants and shopping are all so close. The house is beautifully decorated and restored so beautifully! We will absolutely be back.

Property is exactly as described. Many little details. A step back in time. Clean comfortable. Great location in Jerome

A perfect place to step back in time and savor Jerome. The stories the Pink Lady could tell from her perch on the hill. The attention to detail allowed us to experience the home as it was built in times past. There are things to discover through out your stay.
The bed was comfortable. The plumbing had a rustic (as expected) feel.
Our host was very helpful and provided us some good tips for meals. We are thankful for her recommendations and encourage anybody to take those to heart. She also was very communicative when we had some travel changes and worked with us.
We would love to return and stay at the Pink Lady again.

The property was exactly as described. Just enough modern with just enough vintage. Jennifer was polite and extremely responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Jerome.

Such an interesting town. Home is very cozy with amazing views. Stars at night beautiful. Would love to know the history of the families that have lived in the house.

The house was everything we could have asked for. Centrally located (the stairs didn't bother us at all) and Jennifer thought of everything! Couldn't recommend it more. Will definitely book again.

We loved the Lady with all the period furniture and touch of whimsey. She is perched on the side of the mountain and overlooks the beautiful valley. Lots of steps to town but we were aware so no surprise. Jennifer was prompt answering our text regarding parking. Would definitely rent again...

My husband and I fell head over heels for Jerome about 10 years ago. We go 2-3 times a year and have stayed at almost every hotel/VRBO there is! You will absolutely love the Pink Lady. The location is amazing, right up the stairs from the new Cornish. The house is gorgeous and spooky! Lots of space. 10/10 will stay again.

The Pink Lady is a hauntingly beautiful and eccentric old gal. She has wicked views of the valley below and the red, rocky bluffs near Sedona. Are there any skeletons in the Pink Lady's closet? You'll have to see for yourself.
Warning: the disabled or faint of heart might be advised from this property, as there are numerous steps (this is Jerome) and no real accessible driveway.

Always love this home. We’ve been coming to Jerome and staying exclusively at The Pink Lady since 2013. The Host is amazing, the home is fabulous. Eclectic, historical, and cozy. The humming birds commingled with the wrap around porch with view is best option to enjoy all that Jerome offers. 10 stars all the way.

Had a perfect weekend getaway at the “Pink Lady”. Second time we’ve stayed here and the home is clean with a great location and view. It’s easy to get to the sites in Jerome and Jennifer, our host, was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Hope to come back to the Pink Lady many times!

The house was great with the exception of the witch in the chair when we walked in! Ha! Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen were clean. Living room furniture could use updates, not very comfortable. Same with outside porch furniture, new chair pads would be a nice touch. Parking is an issue but we are able to walk so no problem for us, walk to town is fine, about 110 steps up and back, again if you can't walk, not the place for you. All in all a great stay. Train ride in Clarkdale is a must!

Walking distance to everything in Jerome. Be prepared to climb a few stairs! We loved sitting on the front porch enjoying the views.

Only 3 flights of stairs to downtown but quite location. Loved the antiques in the house and you could sit on them too. Had everything we needed, will stay there again next time we are in Jerome.

We wanted to visit the Sedona area for the hikes and the views. We chose Jerome and The Pink Lady for the extra special charm and we're so glad we did. This is not a property for anyone looking for resort-style ease. It is up high. There are a lot of stairs. It's an old house with old house challenges. But, it is such a special place to stay and Jennifer is a great hostess. Our stay was delayed by a day due to snow and ice that made it unsafe to access the house. But Jennifer kept us updated on road conditions and greeted us on arrival. She was great to work with and always easy to reach. The location of the house could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues or carrying large, heavy bags (or babies), but Jennifer is also very forthcoming about that. The location is actually perfect for exploring and enjoying Jerome and the drive back and forth to Sedona is easy, beautiful and extra fun coming up and down from Jerome. Jennifer shared some of the history of the house with us and her hard work to renovate it. She has a great sense of humor and embraces the historic and haunted highlights with her decorating flair. The Pink Lady is truly an attraction in itself with so much to see in every room. As for comfort, the beds are great and all the conveniences of a fully furnished home are available. We did not prepare any food because the Jerome restaurants are so good. We had drinks at the Asylum for the experience but chose to dine at the Clinkscale for some of the very best food and drinks we've had anywhere. The Mine is also excellent for breakfast. Thanks again to Jennifer for sharing her love for The Pink Lady. We loved it too!!!

The Pink Lady was all we had hoped and the check in process was a breeze, thank you Jennifer and Michael for making it so easy. The views were AMAZING and I loved sitting on the couch reading and hearing hummingbirds outside the window to alert me they were feeding... and that there was a giant rainbow! (One day of rain) On dog walks we were entertained by Javalina's, always a treat! Great location out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but Cottonwood, Sedona, Prescott were nearby and beautiful drives to get to them. It was just the 2 of us plus our dog, so we did not even use the upstairs, lots more room! If there was a drawback - and it's hard to find one! - it would be the cleanliness of the kitchen. Frig could use a cleaning and almost every item we got out to use in the kitchen (cookware, utensils, plates, bowls) needed to be washed first. Rest of the house was clean. We adore you, Pink Lady!!

The Pink Lady easily accommodated 5 lady friends in Jerome for the week. The front porch is a wonderful place to relax with stunning views of Sedona. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We enjoyed Jerome restaurants and shops, tour the museum, wine taste and hike in Sedona.

The location of this house was great! And we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking our coffee and enjoying the views!
