Complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private single-car garage and driveway, a large deck, and a back yard area perfect for snow play.
This townhome comes complete with everything you need for the perfect getaway. The chef of the group can prepare a home cooked meal with delicious local ingredients while everyone gathers around the fireplace in the open living area. Use the high-speed WIFI or tune into your favorite TV shows with cable and streaming services, and glance out the large windows to watch the snowflakes peacefully fall. The townhome also offers a separate downstairs living area with a couch and TV to relax or for the kids to enjoy. Lots of sleeping options with a total of 2 king beds, 1 full, 2 twins (don’t miss the roll-out trundle under the bunk).
If you are seeking complete serenity after a fun-filled day, head over to the community hot tub for a soak. Complete serenity is yours to have, while the kids can enjoy the playground adjacent to the spa area.

We were in town for a week for our son's baseball tournament and this was the perfect location. The property is beautiful and the neighbors who are full time residents were so sweet to our family. The property is exactly how it is listed and we would highly recommend anyone to stay here. If we come back, we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Property was in a very good and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for us to watch football game and play cards. Property mgr. was very helpful and courteous in answering our questions regarding the area. There are a lot of stairs, especially when u have 6-12 traveling bags! Great stay!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and well appointed with everything that anyone staying there could need. Surrounding area is very quiet. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had after we checked in.

Some confusion over baby items. The listing said crib and high chair; I call to verify they were in our unit and the answer was they do not provide this and they gave me names of places to rent them. We packed our own only to find a nice crib and high chair in our unit! I feel they should have known this when I inquired- our stay however was wonderful and the unit had everything and more than we needed- I highly recommend this place in Steamboat!

Beautiful condo in quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, oils, everything you could need for a stay. Brightly lit and spacious, it was perfect for our (family) group of 6.

Visiting friends on a very short trip. Condo was in a great location for the ski mountain or in our case for the gondola ride to the top for lunch. Close to town and shopping.

Great location, close to ski shuttle! My husband and I took our son and two of his friends (all 17 at the time) for a ski weekend. Plenty of room and the boys had the lower level to themselves when they wanted. We all enjoyed our stay and trip.

The property was very close to the mountain and the daily shuttle stop was very close which made it very convenient for skiing every day. The property was clean and had enough space for the 5 of us. We would definitely come back again!

Great place to spend time in the fall

We absolutely loved quail run and would totally stay here again. I picked it because I wanted comfortable furnishings and space to spread out…the couch and love seat were large and comfy for our 5 adults. The table sat 6 and the balcony sat 4. The beds were big and comfortable. Everyone slept perfectly in their own rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked a lot. There are three levels and everyone felt like they had their own space when needed. We spent most of the day out exploring, but when we were at the condo, we could relax and recoup in comfort. We only had a few issues with communication with the management company, but it didn’t create any major issues at all. I would highly recommend staying here. Location was perfect too!!!

Quiet, peaceful & convenient location. Townhome has a nice sunny deck and terrace below. Listing was as described and we had a great stay.

Everything was great but the hot tube was not working. Wish we would have known because the kids got into their swimsuits and braved the snow and cold only to run back to the condo.
