We love staying at this house in Reno every year! It is walking distance to shops and restaurants and is always super clean!

Loved our stay! The house was just a few short blocks from all the events we wanted to go to. Also close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. House was very comfortable and in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The back yard was so nice to sit and relax in after several busy days of car shows. Only thing that would have helped is to have use of the garage to park the hot rod in at night. We hope to be able to book the house again in the future!

We stayed in the winter, and now the summer. We love this cottage! It is very comfortable in every way. The location is perfect, tucked into an adorable neighborhood and walking distance to a local coffee shop. The streets are tree lined and lots of people were walking their dogs or just going on a stroll. One thing that is different about this place is that it is easy to cook meals. Not just the basics; lots of pots, pans, serving plates, bowls, silverware, and utensils galore! The backyard is relaxing and comfortable as well. I look forward to returning.

My top 3 things I look for are location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds and this cottage did not disappoint! Thoughtful details throughout. I am booking my next trip for this summer so I can enjoy the nice yard with patio, fire pit, and pretty string lights.

Our visit to Reno was so enjoyable with a great place to stay. Spending time with family in a VRBO rental is the best!

Last year we commented that the wooden deck boards were rotting. This year, there's a brand new deck! Thanks for listening.
Great location. Nice clean house. Awesome back yard. Thanks!

This house stinks like mold, the master shower leaks that is probably the source of the smell. The caretaker attempts to cover up smell with fabreze plug in, but that just makes the smell worse. This house is also infested with ants, which makes sense because these ants are attracted to water. The ants were crawling all over the house, in bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, even my son found one in his bed. We communicated with the house caretaker apon check in with these matters, which we did. Not get a response until the next morning. The only response was to drop off ant traps!!!!! We checked out that morning and asked for our reservation refund, however the caretakers only reply was for me to have a nice day!! I am now working with VRBO to make owners be accountable.

Booked this place rated on past reviews. The place is in a great neighborhood and the vibe in the house is wonderful. They thought of everything. Beds were very comfortable and the decor is very nice. Would not hesitate to book this house again. Great grocery store Save Mart near by.

One night the whole gang of family members (ages 24-61) started talking in detail about all the pros and cons of this home. Here you go, for your viewing pleasure and amusement.
Pros:
-Location is great if you want to be able to walk to Mid-Town Reno with lots of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Within a mile is also a CVS, Staples, All You can eat Sushi, dispensary and supermarket.
-Very comfortable firm beds and plenty of storage in bedrooms.
-Great washer and dryer with detergent included.
-Nice sized bathrooms.
-Well stocked kitchen with awesome pots and pans, coffee grinder, bar set, good knife set, good storage containers, ice maker in the freezer, and dishwasher.
-Central air!
-Great selection of teas and a tea kettle
-Very nice backyard with a gas firepit, gas grill, nice evening lighting.
-Good selection of indoor and outdoor games and puzzles.
-We went to Tahoe one day so really appreciated the beach towels and cooler with wheels.
-Plenty of parking.
-A guitar and ukulele and instructions to teach yourself to play!
-One of the bedrooms (with private bath) is set away from the others for great privacy.
-Very clean.
-Nice decor. Plenty of seating.
Cons: (we got a bit nit-picky, LOL)
- couches and chairs are adequate but not super comfy
-wish the backyard had a lounger/couch seating
-slider to back deck needs a curtain on it
-Deck has loose pieces of wood that need to be replaced
-house comes with lots of puzzles, but the dining room table is wooden slatted so puzzle pieces can easily slip through
- beautiful mugs for tea but coasters are just a wee bit too small for the mugs (this one my daughter insisted I write here, haha.)
Weirdly, the "master bedroom" with private bath in a separate wing of the house has a queen sized bed and the bedroom with the king size bed is side by side with the other bedroom (queen bed) with a shared bath between them.
All in all, this is a lovely place to stay and we will be back when visiting our family in the area. We really enjoyed the home, especially the backyard at night. Thank you!

We cannot say enough good things about this house! It's a house that felt like home as soon as you walked in. We were there with 2 other couples and there was enough room and space for everyone! The kitchen was perfect, bbq was fantastic, so we made all our meals there! Beds were so comfortable, bathrooms were perfect, everything was spotless!!!! Outdoor space was also fantastic and we sat out there most evenings! Love this house!!!!

Just Like Home
Perfect house for our stay, and conveniently located for our vacation plans. While we spent time in the home, when not out and about, we spent more time in the backyard, even when it was raining just a little, comfy and cozy with a "firepit." Ample room for the four of us, plenty of closet space to put all our items away (love how we did not have to live out of our suitcases). Only downfall, if you want to sleep in late, the rooms in the upper portion of the home have very light window coverings, so if you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask (but that is just me). Once we have our plans for next year, we would love to stay in this home again, if available. Oh, the owners also left a very nice bottle of wine and some great suggestions on food venues. Probably the best rental we have had yet in the Reno area.

Better than any hotel!
Great location in Reno. Nice neighborhood. Close to a grocery store and restaurants. Can easily park 4 cars. The beds were super comfortable. They are thoughtful, like having one soft pillow and one firm pillow for each person. Extra bedding, robes, and towels located in each bedroom. Lots of games and interesting books. The kitchen was fully stocked. The back yard was private and comfortable. We loved our stay there.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome
This property was fantastic! I’ve stayed at several VRBOs and this one is at the top of the list. All the extra touches (coffee beans, Kcups, bottle of wine and bags of goodies, laundry detergent, bathrobes, great bedding, extra blankets…the kitchen cookware/dishes were superior to most places, backyard setup…I could go on and on). The amenities and the decor made this place feel like home! I will absolutely be staying here whenever I come back to Reno to visit family and friends. Thank you to the home owners and property manager for making my visit extra special!

Wonderful experience, amazing customer service and highly recommended!!!
I stayed here to surprise my twin nieces and we had an absolutely wonderful time! Everything you can think of, this property has! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a staycation or getaway! Close to everything Reno has to offer. The check in process was by far the most convenient I have experienced and if you need anything at all, the renter is easy to reach! Can’t wait for my next Reno vacation!!

Perfect Location for Exploring Reno/Tahoe
Enjoyed our wedding weekend, and the quality and location of this property definitely contributed to our enjoyment.
Well located in a very tidy and quiet neighbourhood and furnished with all the amenities. The small vinyl collection and phonograph were a lovely surprise.
Recommend heartily.

Above Average accommodations
This home was clean, cozy and had everything you would need from kitchen to bathroom accessories and family room tv options.
Only complaint would be the front bathroom and back slider door-windows could have blind coverings.
We will stay here again!!

Cute, modern vibes
Loved the house and amenities, the owner even left bonbons from Dorinda's as a welcome gift. It was the perfect house for our girls' weekend, the fire pit table and backyard are super cozy and the inside of the house matches that. Will def be staying here again.

We so enjoyed our stay. It was really smoky in Reno so we could not go outside. We felt lucky to have such a nice home with plenty of space to stay entertained. This house had all the extras and every detail
Covered.
