Welcome to our incredible townhome with a Rooftop deck. It offers spacious living quarters to enjoy both working and vacation time. Easy access to all major roads. Minutes to Foothills Medical Centre, Downtown, shops, restaurants, and stunning walking and biking paths. This property is fully loaded with everything you'll need; AC, BBQ, HIGH SPEED WI-FI, and free parking. The location is ideal for tourists, professionals, and reunions. The property is equipped to accommodate professionals, families with kids, and a pet friendly. NO PARTIES HERE!
The home is brand new, features the two-tone modern kitchen with quartz countertops, marble backsplash and high-end black stainless-steel appliances, & a stairwell that extends through all 4 floors - must be seen. 8' solid doors throughout, 10' ceilings. Wide plank white oak hardwood, a dedicated dining space and private rear entry make for an open but intimate plan. The property has beautiful furnishings, clean contemporary lines, and lots of natural light. The unit offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, rec/office room and an open concept kitchen/ living area ideal for entertaining/ family time. The property is in Hill Hurst, next to Kensington, minutes from shops and restaurants - Dairy Lane Cafe, Made by Marcus & Gelato cafe, coffee shops & YYC burger place. You can walk further to the Kensington plaza and downtown or UBER can always help - 10$ to downtown. There's a big Mall shopping area up on the hill - a couple min ride or 15-20 minute walk.
The Space: the ground floor features a spacious sitting area with 2 comfy couches and a chair and 60" TV, a dining space, a modern kitchen, and half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, tea pot, coffee machine, dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and much more. The 2nd floor features two bedrooms, both with en-suites, and the laundry room. The master bedroom offers plenty of space and comes with a comfy king-size bed, walk-in closet and European style en-suite bathroom, a glass walk-in steam shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet. Second bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub. The upstairs also offers an easily accessible laundry room with a washing and drying machine. The fully finished basement with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and recreational space with a couch. The top floor enjoys an awesome family area with plenty of sitting and a pull out couch, TV, and a beautiful deck/patio overlooking Hillhurst.
Our property is quiet, safe, and suitable for families with kids of all ages (including babies/ infants). You will find everything you need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Easy check in/out and property owner was fast with replies to any questions. The AC worked well for the height of summer but you will need to be aware what floor you are on affects temperature. All amenities mentioned were present and the place was clean.

The location allowed easy access to main roads in Calgary which made getting around very easy. The unit was perfect for the 8 of us with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Only potential negative is that there are a lot of stairs to get to all four floors. Beautiful place to stay.

We were a family of 6 adults staying here. Lovely, clean, and quiet with plenty of space for all of us. It was perfect for us. Great area for neighborhood walks and close to many amenities.

Such a great place! Could have stayed a week. Had everything we needed. Clean fresh comfortable beds and extra perks with toiletries. We have rented lots of VRBO places—this is in the top 5. If we are ever back in Calgary we will stay here for sure!

Excellent place and location! We were a group of seven women and this place had everything we needed, lots of space to spread out and lots of places to sit and be together. It is also in a great location where we felt safe to go for walks and close to stores when we needed things.

We booked it because it has 4 BR. We were 3 brothers (all 71+) plus wives, plus 1 widowed sister-in-law. WE were in YYC to celebrate our sister`s 80th birthday, she lives about 4 blocks away, a 9-10 minute walk, so it was very convenient for us. We only ate breakfasts there, plus one dinner, but the kitchen is very well equipped, nothing lacking save perhaps for thongs and a strainer- surprised those were not part of the kit. Overall, it is a spacious, nicely furnished house. we did not have a car, but street parking did not seem to be an issue.

Was a very nice accommodation for our group. Lots of space and everything we needed. Not a place for someone with any mobility issues as lots of stairs but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely house in a great location for our 3 night stay. We had a nice walk along the Bow River into Kensington and loved the shops and restaurants there. We didn't have much communication with Maria before our stay but she dealt with any issues we had very quickly. The roof terrace is a lovely little sun trap and the bedrooms were all a great size (2 with en-suite bathrooms).

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The home was impressive, and we all agreed it was the nicest vacation rental we've stayed in so far (and we stay in a lot!). Check in was very easy, and the on-street parking was plentiful. The neighborhood is pleasant and very quiet. We truly wish we could have stayed longer, but it will be our first choice for our next trip to Calgary!

We found our accommodation perfect for our needs. We had 5 adult family members here to support a member in the Foothills hospital undergoing major cancer surgery. The location was great with only 7 minutes from the hospital. The home was exactly as described. Maria was just excellent and was quick to respond to all of our needs.

We needed a last minute rental for 10 days during a Reno - Maria’s place for perfect, close to schools, the rink & downtown so our daily routine was not interrupted. Her place is brand new, extremely clean and decorated tastefully. Honestly it felt like home and we did not want to move back into our construction zone. The kids enjoyed the space on the 3rd story for movies and games. Thank you for sharing your place, and the Christmas tree! ❤️

Easy to find and left for us with everything we could possibly need. From comfortable beds to lovely decor we felt right at home! Highly recommended for anyone traveling with a large group. The host was easy to contact and replied immediately to any/all inquiries.

This rental was close to main roads and expressways to quickly get into the town centre! Lots of space and the floors gave our family the ability to have different living areas with all the amenities, as well as a central location to enjoy time together.

It’s a lovely property and great location. Good parking. Quiet neighbourhood. Lots of space and closet space. Nice kitchen. Adequately equipped. Bathrooms were very nice. Bedding and towels were nice quality.
House is a three story townhouse. Was originally advertised with air conditioning but a week prior to arrival the owner advised that was an error and there was no A/C. Assured us that open windows and fans were adequate. We all slept in the basement and it was still very difficult to keep cool. Wouldn’t recommend staying in the summer.
The water pressure at the property is very low so you can’t run two taps at the same time or shower when the dishwasher is running.
The fourth bedroom in the basement is nice but no windows so lacks air flow and egress.
Smoke detectors had been removed in the basement and apparently replaced with wall ones but from what I could see the wall ones were carbon monoxide detectors, not smoke detectors.
The only TV is upstairs on the third levels so bring iPads if you like to watch multiple shows at a time.
With a bit of attention to the mentioned issues, this would be a top rated property.

Lovely home! Spacious, modern style home that was very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately no air conditioning but there is a good breeze throughout the home when the windows are open. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfy. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect property for a family or group of friends, it was a quiet sanctuary after a long day of travel. Incredibly clean (brand new) with all of the amenities.
The neighbourhood was amazing, central and full of life. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and walking around to the neat restaurants, make sure to check out Made by Marcus ice cream.
The owner was very responsive and helpful, she arranged for a crib and high chair to be available for our 1 year old.
Easy check in/out process and lots of parking, highly recommend! Very good value - don’t hesitate to book.

Was a beautiful, clean house but the air conditioning could not handle the top 2 floors. Until it cooled down and we could open the windows, it was uncomfortable.
