Besides the ants, small flying biting bugs, dirty floors that would turn your socks black, ceiling fans (when turned on) looked like they were going to come out of the holidays, constant refrigerator leak, black mold in every shower, window unit in one of the bedrooms barely worked, and finally the uneven floors everything else was substandard at best. My suggestion is to hire a pest control company, fire your cleaning crew, and finally hire a license, insured, and bonded contractor. Thanks for making one of my 82 year old fathers bucket list to Key West a horrible memory. The details matter......

The inside was nice and welcoming. The outside was a bit old and rundown. Overall good place for a large group and walking distance to activities. The communication was excellent with property management. Thank you for having my family of 11.

Great location with close proximity to Duval St. with a parking space & a front balcony however the pictures posted are very misleading. This is an older home that needs tons of repairs and maintenance.
-The distressed wood look on the walls that are posted & enhanced online is actually from a history of termite infestation. It is nothing more than boards with some insulation poking through.
-The air conditioning is insufficient to cool the whole house. The back of the house is freezing and the front of the home is hot which leads to inadequate ventilation and a mildew smell in the front bathroom. Window units have been added to two of the front bedrooms however they are not large enough to sufficently cool the rooms.
-The ceiling fan didnt work in the front bedroom which is the hottest bedroom of the whole house
-Numerous plugs throughout home dont work
-The showers are inserts that leak at the bottom of the doors thus flooding the floors except for the one front bathroom and it doesnt drain sufficiently. You are standing in a bathtub half full of water while taking a shower.
-Our sheets in the front bedroom had what appeared to be washed blood stains on them.
-Tiny bugs crawling around on the nightstands and in the bathroom as well as baseboards in front bedroom & bathroom
-Freezer door wont open on fridge.....so cant have ice
-There is no broom for accidents/spills or extra bed linens available
- The front porch which is a selling point needs significant maintenance.

The property was comfortable for our group of 10. The definite disadvantage of the inside of this property was the floors - they were very dirty. I walked barefoot in the morning between my bedroom and the kitchen area and my feet were black on the bottom after just a few minutes. I had a question for the property manager while we were staying at the property. I left a voicemail message at the number 305-294-1843 early in the day on March 18 and when that message was not returned by late afternoon, I left a voicemail message at the "after-hours emergency" number 305-317-5485. Neither of my calls was ever returned. My question was not an emergency and I was very glad it was not since to date I have not received a response.

This is a fantastic location if you’re coming to Key West and don’t want to worry about driving and parking. Great restaurants and top destinations all within short walking distance. The rental also has a fantastic balcony with great people watching. When we arrived, someone had parked in the rental’s designated spot. We notified the Property Manager and they had the problem resolved very quickly. We were 6 adults and had a very comfortable stay, a great rental experience and will book again. Highly recommend it!

Enjoyed the place. Wine on balcony. Close to all Key West has to offer. Very much a bachelor pad decore.

This place was so much better than even the pictures made it out to be. The Property Manager was responsive and helpful, and the property itself was spotless, comfortable, and more spacious than we thought it would be. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing time, location and service !
Great time enjoyed hanging out on the balcony just as much as the time I spent in key west. Perfect location & house for a big group— just like a man cave.
