Very comfortable cottage. Nearby “secret beach” is wonderful and private.

The cottage was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures, and very comfortable for our group of four adults. There were enough dishes, cutlery and glassware such that we only had to run the dishwasher once daily. Also plenty of bath towels and beach towels.
We particularly enjoyed the back deck, despite the cool weather we had during our stay, as we watched the ebb/flow of the tides. An eagle was a frequent sight, soaring overhead and dipping into the water for a meal. We also watched some spectacular sunsets from the front porch.
The location was quiet and made for a convenient base for exploring Cavendish, Charlottetown, and the surrounding areas.
Overall, we had a great stay and would, given the chance, definitely come back.

Nice new house overlooking bay. Great view, very quiet relaxing spot.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here! The property is as described - new, well located and close to everything, but out of the overly touristy areas. There’s a small grocery store nearby for the essentials, but we mostly splurged on the local restaurants, trying many of the hosts recommendations in their welcome book which were on point. We loved exploring the nearby “secret beach” and finding treasures from the ocean. Cavendish and Brackley beach were also nice. Communication was fast and easy. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

This property is a perfect family friendly location for a peaceful vacation! Our group was 4 adults and 2 young children, and the house was perfectly laid out for a party of our size. The kids enjoyed the space to run around outside, the secret beach, the firepit and the toys/books available at the house. The house was stocked with what we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful week and hope to return.

We had a wonderful time revisiting PEI with our grown children and granddaughters. The house was lovely, clean and perfectly situated to visit our favourite spots. The Secret Beach was a big hit and we spent many hours exploring. A great time and location for a true PEI experience.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Cottage is all modern, as are all amenities. Plenty of room for four adults. Deck is great, with views of the estuary and its resident eagles.
Quite well located to popular areas, beaches, restaurants, with its own little beach.
We had a relaxing time.
Management very attentive— one problem with electricity was repaired promptly and with kind consideration.
All in all , I would recommend without any reservations— so make a reservation!

We loved our stay in the Blue House in PEI, away from any hustle and bustle. The house is clean, equipped well and over all as you would expect it from a really good holiday accommodation. There is enough to do in the area: nice beaches, restaurants, sight seeings, …

This property is in a great location. It is a five minute walk to a red sand beach, a 15 minute walk to a white sand beach and equidistance between the two north shore National Parks. It is 25 minutes to Charlottetown, but the little yellow store about two minutes away carries most essentials. The property is quiet and secluded and is located on an estuary with great views of the water. The property is very well equipped for self-catering. The beds are comfortable, the furniture and appliances are new as well as the dishes and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with the place - great location, lovely beach and house was lovely. Quiet neighbourhood and short walk to beach.
Nice open room for sitting, eating and cooking. Two nice porches. Fire pit great for making s’mores.
No hesitation in recommending.

We stayed for 6 days with our three young kids. The fresh, modern decor suited our style and the views were second to none. Our favourite feature was the access to the secret beach and barachois, which was a delight to explore. The location is so convenient for exploring Rustico and Cavendish and going deep sea fishing and for lobster suppers. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Lovely clean, well-equipped home a short walk from a beautiful, surprisingly uncrowded, sandy beach that was great for swimming, long walks, kite flying, and collecting shells. We enjoyed the views and watching herons and other waterfowl from the large deck overlooking the water.

We stayed 5 days at the little blue house. Well equipped for cooking meals. Super clean. Near all the nice beaches and golf courses. 35 min from Charlottetown.
Comfortable beds. In fact, everything is new in the house. Very quiet area. We would recommend renting this property.

the house was great! the yard had more than enough room for the kids to run and play. Could have used a few little things more when it came to kitchen supplies (we cooked plenty of meals while there). Loved that they provided extras for the beach, etc. Overall...Great!

Family vacation
This was our first trip with our 16 month old son and his grand- parents, and it was an absolute success. The cottage is brand new and the location is fantastic for beach access, restaurants and the national park, on top of beautiful views. We will certainly consider coming back next summer.

Great for families with small kids!
First time in PEI, we stayed at this rental with 4 adults and 3 kids (2 infants and 3.5 years old). Great size and space for kids, they had a great selection of toys and games for kids and even adults! We enjoyed a board game once the kids were in bed.
Spacious deck allowed us to enjoy the sunsets and have some meals outside. Clean home, they had accessories for the beach that were very helpful (tent, umbrella, chairs). Beautiful views, good access to secret beach. We enjoyed the location as it was a perfect distance to the national parks we wanted to visit. Very happy with our first stay in PEI.
