Both pools are only available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day

The house was wonderful and met all our needs/wants. Being able to use the garage was great! The owner was easy to communicate with. Location was a good central point for our days in Branson, Springfield, and Willard. We would definitely book this house again!

First of all, the hosts were exceptional. They maintained good contact, let us know that the home was ready for an early arrival and they left us a yummy tray of baked goods. The home itself was centrally located to walks down to the square, walking paths along the river, and shops and restaurants. It was spacious, clean and modern and so quiet, so we all had an easy time getting good sleep. We were there to see family, but this would be a great place to vacation in the area being so close to Springfield and Branson. It was a perfect place to stay.

This house was just spectacular! It had all the comforts of home, in a beautiful neighborhood, close to EVERYTHING. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the host, Lonnie, was amazing.. This will for sure be our go to when we visit my son!

We spent Christmas there with our family. We wanted something between our daughter in Springfield and Silver Dollar City in Branson. This fit the bill. It was not a large house (1300ish sq ft), but laid out in such a way to make the most of the space. It was very warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary pots and pans and such. There was a coffee maker, but the one suggestion I would have, is to provide a Keurig of some sort. Other than that, it provided us a way to spend Christmas with our whole family, and have a cherished memory. Btw…The host was also very accommodating and even left us a little treat. We would highly recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying in this property for hometown visits, and we hope to be back again soon. The home is well appointed and comfortable. Bring your own toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc.), but we found that everything else we need is provided. Love the back deck table, chairs, and umbrella. We'll definitely book this rental again for our next visit.

The host sent a nice text the day of confirming that everything was ready for us, and they even left a personalized card and snacks for us to enjoy! We accidentally left behind a couple of small items, and the host contacted us right away. They mailed the items back to us the next day! Great experience with them. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is in a nice location close to stores. The house was CLEAN, well stocked, and is comfortably furnished. It's not a far drive to Springfield, and if you're up for it, it's less than a 2 hour drive to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They have a beautiful historic downtown. It was great to be able to fit that in as a day trip. This place gets a A+!

When we viewed the photos of the house, everything caught my eye to be what we prefer in a home. There is only my wife and I, but we like space and privacy you get when you rent a full house in a quiet neighborhood that is priceless. When we arrived at the home and unlocked the door the house was exactly or better then we had expected. The owner was awesome and left some great snacks for us. Made it easy to just stay in the 1st night and not leave to go to dinner. The week was awesome! No unexpected surprises or defects that we could find. The house performed as per advertised and above expectations! I truly enjoyed to be able to park in the garage and to use the space for loading and unloading to organize our international bound suitcases to be prepared for returning back to the Philippines in a few days. This house is as advertised and meets and breaks all expectations. Lonnie is great! Thank you for allowing us to spend some quality time in your beautiful House. Gary Pabst

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and nicely arranged. When we arrived there was a nice surprise with snacks and water in the fridge. Only thing that should be changed is the house number needs to be easier to see from the street, we arrived after dark so we had to walk up to the house to make sure we were at the right place.

This place was literally ideal. It was so clean and well stocked. The sleeping arrangements are amazing. We brought our own pack n play and there was plenty of room in the master to set it up for our infant. The back yard is fully fenced in and perfect for kids to play in. It is so conveniently located within Ozark. Very easy to find and very easy to get to any place we needed to go. Perfect perfect perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Ozark. The house is in a quiet, new neighborhood and provided everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Our host was very responsive for all of our needs. We loved the small touches of tea, water, coffee, creamer and snacks. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend visiting my nephew and niece in Missouri. The house was so clean and cozy. We really felt at home. The pool was just a short walk away. The home is in close proximity to both Branson and Springfield. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
