Will not stay at this location again, in fact, check out a day early and gave up my pre-paid 2nd nig

Breakfast closed at 9:30. When your traveling from PST zone, it makes things a little tight.

The room was very noisey. It sounded as if people were in my room from next door and above. People were up and around most of the night.

Clean, pool was great and the water was very warm. We made a request from the house cleaning and it was taken care of promptly.

Location to all the shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub was fantastic.breakfast was great.

We had issues with the TV microwave and fridge would turn off when we turned off the lights. Other than that we would highly recommend this place.

Very good

location

Heater was old. Fan worked constantly unless the whole thing was off. It was either hot or cold. could not get comfortable.

Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay again

The location was good and the breakfast was good

The staff were unfriendly and inattentive. the bath towels were small and scratchy. And the beds were terribly uncomfortable!

Sufficient to stay one night but no longer

it was convenient to highway pool was nice but really really hot inside

lady at front desk older lady said she was there just helping out wasnt really wanting to be there and took forever to check in breakfast was not very good and was also non exisistent even though it was suppossed to be until a certain time it was like they onlyput out so much food and if you arent there first you are not eating

I should have paid the extra $50 and stayed somewhere in Branson

Breakfast wasn’t bad, I think the workers kids were sitting at the breakfast tables talking very loud .

The hallways were 100degrees and the room was 80 degrees when we first got in it, the beds were super old and worn out. There was some bad handyman work in the bathroom and around the hotel.

The room was comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable and convenient to Springfield & Branson.

The breakfast was adequate. I always love the waffle maker. The coffee was excellent as well as the orange juice. There was plenty of breakfast available.

The breakfast set up could use a little work. The drink area was close to the popular waffle area and tables were very close so if someone was fixing their drink or waffle, you had to wait for them to clear out. Maybe if the tables were not so close but that area was in high demand. Such a small thing and very minor.

Great location, friendly staff Love the hot tub! And the kids Loved the pool!

The location was great~ right off the highway, just a little confusing finding the road in the dark, but it was easy in the daylight.

The beds are not that comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Room did not smell good. Shower curtain smelled moldy and mildewy. Bathroom floor tile needs to be regrouted and it would look cleaner.
