Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little rental was perfect for my quick trip to Pensacola. It was so charming and it was the perfect amount of tranquility and peace that I needed. My favorite spot was the giant beanbag chair! Perfect for reading and relaxing. There were several delicious places to eat nearby and it was less than 15mins to Pensacola Beach. My critiques: 1) only whole coffee beans were provided but no coffee grinder. 2) there needs to be a chair on the side porch so you can sit and enjoy the view of the bayou

A beautiful place for walks along the water & by lovely homes. It is right off Bayou Blvd & Cervantes Street making it so easy to go everywhere in Pensacola. My host, Cynthia went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market & rentals in the area & even leaves copies of her books on the subject in the bookcase. I wanted to stay forever even though it’s a small house!

It was a perfect lil beach Cute cottage, think it use a few updates with furniture. Futon was a little rough. Unfortunately we there in January and they had a cold spell in fl. The heaters worked in the rooms they were in. It was chilly at night. Could of used extra blankets.Probably would consider staying in spring and summer again . Great location and communication great!

I recently moved away from the area but needed a place to stay while in town on business. This property was super convenient to everywhere I might need to go and would also be a great location for a vacation rental. I had never reserved through Vrbo before but the whole process was very easy and, even though I didn’t require reaching out to the host, I felt that I could with any problem that could’ve come up. Would stay here or in its neighboring unit again.

My elderly in-laws came to visit. Lookimg for a VRBO for them was daunting, but this place was perfect! Minimal stairs, clean, safe, accomodating, just perfect! And the inside was so cute! Reminded me of places i lived in college. Just adorable! I highly recommended!!!

We stayed at Pineapple Paradise for a short beach trip. It is in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants and stores a short (driving) trip away, and the bridge to the beach is extremely easy to access from the property. The house was not fancey but was clean and everything worked, although there needs to be another AC for the main room or a fan to circulate. For the price it's great. The owner/agent was polite and immediately responsive to messages.

Very close to shopping, the beach, dining, and the Diwntown area. The cottage was very clean and ready for my stay. I’d consider renting it again for my next visit to zpensacola.

This location was 15 min from everywhere that's cool (aside3 from the Navy Museums). As well as only being 10 minutes from the airport. Good Times!!

Communication was very clear through online platform. Check-in worked well. Kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. Bed is comfortable, lots to watch for free on tv in livingroom, lots of towels available. A little outdated feeling of the home in general, no/neutral decoration. But if you're out a lot, that doesn't matter too much. Location is good, close to anything you might need, and close to bridge to beach.
