About this cabin rental
Welcome to Sherry's Luxury Home, a beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom stylish home with central heat and a/c. Everything in the home is new, including the kitchen and all appliances, with space for your entire family to spread out. Each room boasts a 42-inch flatscreen tv, with a 55" tv in the master and a 75" tv in the living room! The beautiful dining table seats 6, with an additional pub table that seats 4 more. On the main floor, in the primary suite, you'll find 2 queen beds; Bedroom 2 offers a California King, Bedroom 3 offers a King bed. Downstairs, the rec room has a sofa, tv, foosball and games, along with an additional bedroom (king bed) and office space, along with a full bathroom as well! The woodstove is available for use as well (guest to provide firewood). The private outdoor patio provides a grill and outdoor furniture, so get ready to relax and enjoy the serenity of this ultimate mountain retreat! Located within the Blue Lake Springs private homeowners association in Arnold, you will have access to the pool and 2 lakes, recreation area, tennis and bocce courts! Only minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, Spicer Reservoir, and Calaveras Big Trees State Park. There's something to do year-round! Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there. Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file. Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent. Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.

We loved our stay! The downstairs game room was great for keeping our kids entertained. The house had plenty of room for all of us (two families with kids under 7). Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and prepare food. Everything was great. The only down side was the late check in time and early check out.

The house was perfect for our large family of 8. All of the furniture was comfortable and we loved having the two patios to hang out - as well as separate rec room. The kitchen was very well stocked with basics for cooking and every type of pots or pan you could need. Loved the sweet deer family that came and rested in the back yard each morning. Highly recommend and definitely plan to return.

Sherry's Beary is a beautiful and well appointed property and we're already talking about coming back annually! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Visiting in February gave us the chance to witness an amazingly peaceful snowscape as well! We've stayed at another property managed by Dorrington Realty previously (which was also great) and their service was fantastic both times!

Clean, and well appointed house for 2 families with little ones getting together for a ski trip. Kids loved the Pac-man game and being able to turn their own movie on in the room with 2 beds was perfect. We’ll be back!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this cabin, and we love it. From the layout, the kitchen amenities, the playroom downstairs, and the comfortable bedrooms. The reality company is always accommodating, even promptly answering questions we had on a weekend New Years Day. We booked it for a 3rd time during the summer already.

The rental process was not easy, very cumbersome, filled with inaccuracies & lots of miscommunication. I was disappointed with the super late check-in of 5 PM and very early check-out 10 AM. They are very very strict about these times as I tried to get some extra time. ( This is stated in the description.)
The property on the other hand was gorgeous, way too big for 8 people though. Seems like they have pets even though they don't allow pets causing an allergic reaction.
The process was so strict and unaccommodating that I would probably choose not to rent this property again.

We had a wonderful weekend! We’ve been renting cabins in Arnold and Pinecrest for years and this is one of the best we’ve ever rented. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and absolutely beautiful. We loved how open and spacious the cabin was. Also loved how close it was to several swimming and fishing lakes in the area. Every day we had deer wandering around the back and front yards, saw 2 bald eagles while fishing at a near by lake and even saw a bear! We will definitely be back!

We are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay in this great home for our vacation. We researched many in this area and had our kids ultimately vote which they'd like to spend time in. My hope was on this one. Right from entry this was the most welcoming space and I was immediately so happy we would be able to spend our time here. It was extremely clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and the rooms were excellent, each matched and in all the space was very well put together. For families that want to have a comfortable get away at a reasonable price, I can't think of a better spot to unwind. There was plenty of space to be together or have space apart. It felt so comfortable and welcoming to our family and happy we found this one. It is also close to the lake(short drive) and also to one of my favorite spots, Big Trees Park. Thank you for great vacation memories! Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

It snowed quite heavily during our stay and each morning the snowplow was in the driveway clearing a path for us. We hope to stay again soon.

This was a great cabin and perfect for anytime of year. We went snowboarding at Bear Valley and the next day were on the lake fishing! Close to so much to do and the cabin was so comfortable to be in. Loved having the downstairs with things to do for the kids/family time. Waking up to the deer in the backyard was especially relaxing!
