My stay at the farm was absolute wonderful. The room was spacious and light, lots of storage space and a beautiful en-suite with a large bathtub. Everything was high quality and very tastefully decorated. Everybody I met on the farm was very friendly and helpful and in the morning I could go and watch all the different animals being fed from sheep to goats, different kind of chicken, geese and ducks. My favourites were the long neck geese who look so funny when they - head first - walk or run. A large well equipped kitchen and dining room to use made it easy to prepare my special diet meals. Next time I want to book double the amount of time I stayed now. So very beautiful, quiet, relaxing, friendly. If you are single like me, a couple or a family (it is very children friendly) there are places for everyone.

My stay at Upper Vobster Farm, always a pure joy. The gentle walks on the treed pathways into the woods, the many rich well cared for rose bushes and flower gardens with there own unique smells, the gorgeous songs of the birds, the stillness felt whilst walking to and sitting under the huge trees. The gentle babble of the brook, the calls of the many farm animals, the joy of seeing the miniature castle which is home for the ducks, which they seem quite thrilled about. The Upper Vobster Farm House itself is a master piece, quite amazing and grand. Also many of the most exquisite cottages with huge windows and skylights, fully equipped for both a long or a short stay, where my rest has always been refreshing, fabulous and worry free. All drawing us deeper within where the deep settlement makes sense of it all....Lynda

The high standard care of the owners is a treat in itself like a spa treatment for free. This place is more than just sleeping

A very pleasant stay thank you, it would be good to have a little kitchen as the Dovecote has, for washing dishes and cups etc. The bathroom sink wasn’t easy, maybe an idea for the future. The shower screen leaks on the hinge and needs filling to prevent water leaking out on the floor.

Great escape from Glastonbury crowds. Although must be even more wonderful without festival, just for quiet rest in very beautiful countryside. Hopefully away from the festival the price is more balanced and adecvate for what you pay and what you get.

I stayed in the Dairy with my twin sister for about 4 days, and we had an amazing time. The room was so cozy and nice. We were given some complimentary snacks on our first day along with a tour of the grounds. We got full access to a beautiful kitchen and gorgeous walking paths. Our hosts were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Toby, the farm dog greeted us by sitting on our laps and following us around while we explored the beautiful scenery. The animals were super cute and friendly and we enjoyed saying hello to them every morning. Every little corner of the farm was full of flowers and just added to the overall beauty and charm

Waking up to birds chirping, lying amongst gentle creatures and being immersed in nature are just some of the things one can do at Upper Vobster Farm. With beautiful flowers everywhere and animals greeting you daily, this place was nothing short of magical especially for someone who has been living their life in the city. I enjoyed every single moment I was there and was left wanting more. The residence I was staying at was very clean and beautiful and they also had fully equipped kitchen nearby that would make any chef jealous. The owners Michael and Tricia were very welcoming and the staff working on the farm are extremely friendly and helpful as well! If what you’re looking for is a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and just relax peacefully among animals and nature, I strongly recommend Upper Vobster Farm!
