This a Family owned, Family friendly, luxury villa located in a highly sought after and beautiful area with incredible sea and mountain views and quick access to the beach and all of your beach amenities.

This luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa stands alone (detached) on its own private grounds, sleeps a maximum of 6 people (in proper full size extremely comfortable and sinfully sumptuous beds imported specially from the U.S.A. to Lanzarote, as opposed to the back breaking, uncomfortable & cheap camping or "pilgrim" type beds, which are the standard fare throughout the Islands), awake refreshed and re-invigorated after a great nights sleep to a villa that is finished, furnished and appointed to the highest standards, full air conditioning throughout (metered & payable locally), have brekkie al- fresco on your spacious and extremely private sun terrace and courtyard which is not overlooked, swim in your private pool or sit and relax in your large hot-tub while enjoying the villas mesmerising, panoramic sea views overlooking the old town harbour, mountains and Fuerteventura in the distance. The villa also has flat screen TVs throughout and full Sky package included. Movies. Free wi fiPrivate on-site car parking behind the villa's automatic gates, though car hire is not necessary as all amenities are close-by.
Premier and most sought after location within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. Even though close to all amenities, villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The villa is furnished and appointed to the highest standards, far above and in excess of what is considered the "NORM" on Lanzarote.
For all peak demand dates, ie, any dates containing school holidays, the rate is as posted €300 per night ( €2100 per week) This is the actual rate whether the occupancy is for 2 people or up to 6 people maximum. The Vrbo pricing structure does not allow the rate to be adjusted for the peak rate bands, therefore please submit a reservation request and the quote will be adjusted to the correct €2100 per week peak demand rate.
To clarify & confirm, even though the peak demand rate is €2100 per week, any reservation request sent will show a rate that adds 4 extra people, once we receive the reservation request, the extra people addition will be removed and the rate will be corrected to the accurate peak demand rate of €2100 per week.
For all other dates not containing school holidays and apart from the quietest low season dates, the minimum 1 bedroom rate is €1035. The 2 bedroom rate over these same dates is €1335 and the 3 bedroom rate is €1635.

This villa is excellent and absolutely surpassed its website description. The owners, whom were very nice people to deal with all the way through the booking process are clearly very modest in that they could really have gone overboard on the villas description and I don't think anybody could or would complain, both the villa and its location are simply priceless.
The villa is large, spacious and very roomy in all areas, very very comfy and is equipped with all possible home comforts. The pool is just fab and so is the hot-tub. The views over the sea and mountains is mind boggling and you literally have to drag yourself away. The whole place is so peaceful and private yet so close to all of the shops, etc. This is deffo top of my favorite list and so glad to have found it.

We had a couple of issues mainly that the toilet wouldn’t flush and the hot tub wasn’t clean, instead of sending someone to assist we were told to leave the Villa day 2, we also had to pay a damage security deposit direct and now they ignoring emails. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Villa was excellent, roomy, comfortable and had all the necessities. Pool was great as was the hot tub. Location was convenient. Walked down to everywhere and took taxis back which only cost around 3euros. Were not overlooked at all. Will be returning.

Prior to our 1 week break, the communication with the owners was excellent. On entering the property, it was as described and very clean. The location and proximity to the old town harbour was excellent with lots of choice of restaurants. The bed was comfy and it was a very peaceful location with no noise. I think the only negative point would be the heating/AC, which was an additional cost and it's not clear how much it would cost to use per hour especially with prices changing, the additional cost would be taken out of the security deposit, we never used the oven or washing machine so cannot comment on these. Water pressure for the shower was good with plenty of hot water. The local agent was very accommodating on our last day and let us stay in the property until the taxi pick up at 1230pm which was really appreciated. The security deposit was returned 2 days after arriving home, thank you. We would return to the property again if going back to Old Town Puerto Del Carmen, but would like clearer pricing on using the heating and Air Conditioning.

Property was fine not as luxurious as advertised. Do not make any complaints, you will get a terrible reply from the owner. I sent this message, Hi Shirley, we are now at your villa but have a few problems. We can only get a few channels on the lounge tv, cannot access films, keeps saying wrong code even on hd. The tv doesn't work in the bedroom, my husband like to watch tv. I have been in touch with chris asking would it be possible to open another bedroom because my husband snores. Chris replied saying it would be 300 euros, i have replied to him to say that i read in one of the reviews that there wouldn't be a charge. Non of the radio's work. Just a few slight problems, overall the villa is perfect.
This was Shirleys reply, Don't know who you are talking to. I am more than aware of your complaints, indeed you have made almost an art form out of them, talk about a pain in the hole.
My Reply, You don't need to be so rude, i am most upset. If you advertise your services they should be avilable, that's what we have pain for. All the problems shoud be rectified for our arrival. I was only quoting from the review about reporting any problems we have while we are her and not waiting till we get home. To say in the review the there wouldn't be an issue to open another bedroom with no charge, then to say 300 euro, doesn't seem fair.

We went October/November so not essential but would add considerable cost to holiday rental during Summer months. Pool could do with renovation because smooth coating around edge of pool has worn away. Old town is lovely with many excellent restaurants. Very steep hills to walk up and down which could be difficult for someone infirm or disabled. The sea view was what attracted me to the villa and this did not disappoint. We did not hire a car and whilst not essential nearest large supermarket is 1 mile and local shops have limited food stocks if you plan to cook / self cater.

It is an amazing villa with amazing views and location. It was our first time in Lanzarote and we loved it for which the villa played a significant part!

A most enjoyable stay.
My wife and I are just back after a most enjoyable stay at this villa. It had everything we needed, was lovely and clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. The air conditioning was great to have and only cost a few Euro. The terrace with pool and hot tub was fantastic. We relaxed there every day and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I was delighted with the WiFi, but after day one I was forced to "detox" from my mobile as herself put it !! It is located very near a supermarket, restaurant and bars.
We will definitely return, hopefully before the year end, and we will not hesitate in recommending this villa to our families and friends.

I found it quite basic and a little tired looking especially the pool which had a few cracks in bottom and the hot tub which controls lights were broke only get blue no other colours. Toilet dripped into bowl constantly which didn’t bother us in day but throughout the night when it was quiet it drove me mad. Also we didn’t realise we were hiring just one bedroom I quite often go in another room throughout the night due to partners snoring but was unable to do this as other bedrooms were locked so had to sleep on couch some nights . Also air condition you had to pay for which you dont state in the write up which is misleading Accommodation was good in our opinion but it certainly wasn’t luxurious we wouldn’t stay in the villa again although the view was amazing and certainly the best feature of the villa , however we would stay in Tias .

Majestic
We stayed in this terrific villa in February/March 2019 and really enjoyed the holiday, very lucky with the weather, it was brill. The villa itself is terrific, very high standard of cleanliness and very comfortable and we did not want to leave even at mealtimes, the location of the villa is magic, within easy reach of all that could be necessary, but but but, the views from the villa are just majestic, both during the day and at night, totally priceless. Owners and maintenance people fab to deal with in every way, could not fault any part of this place, we're booked again for May this year, need I say any more.

A real touch of class
Born pessimist I don't believe these hyped descriptions of properties, I was expecting it to be not quite as good as described. Well, suffice to say that I was wrong.
We were, all 5 of us, pleasantly surprised to find that it exceeds its description and the website pictures do not reflect, or truly capture the setting.
The villa and its amenities are first class! This was our first time on Lanzarote, we had planned to do the touristy things and tour the island, but we found this villa so relaxing with everything at hand or close-by, including the beach, bars and restaurants, that we couldn't be bothered, the weather was so fantastic we just relaxed, lounged in the hot-tub, swam in the lovely pool and generally roasted.
This villa is the real thing and was very much exactly what we had hoped for, the sea and mountain views are terrific. The owner, is very kind and helpful, and was very obliging . providing some great advice and general information, she made us really feel at home.
Thank you for the fabulous Christmas tree and decorations, a real touch of class, they helped create a great Christmassy feeling, home from home, Christmas in the sun.
All in all, our time at this villa was absolutely great and each and every one of us agreed, we will come back. I am happy to recommend this fab villa and this lovely island to everyone I know, as we all will. Thanks everyone, we had a very memorable time and a lovely Christmas.

Favorite place in Lanzarote
Amazing amenities, facilities, location and view, with the best sleeps in the comfiest beds. Sunsets on the patio were our favorite. Heated pool and hot tub, with that view made it hard to leave. When we did dine out, with all the dining options nearby we didn’t even need or use our car the whole holiday. Thanks again Adrienne, for being so accommodating and for keeping up such a perfect little piece of Heaven. Thanks Jo. Keep the Summer dates as mentioned.

Truly luxurious
This is a lovely, luxuriously furnished villa in a beautiful location & position in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, with incredible sea & mountain views. The website description does not do justice to the villa in reality - it was truly luxurious and well appointed, with it's own private pool & jacuzzi, not even mentioned on the advert. The villa was spotlessly clean inside and out and the local agents, Adrianne and Peter, were very friendly and helpful - they called a few times to see that all was well and if we had a problem, Peter fixed it - excellent service. The area in which the villa is situated is nice & quiet and within 2 minutes walk there was a Spar supermarket for all of our shopping, a wonderful Italian restaurant named "Mario's", several English bars and a super British butcher, whose product was excellent. It was an easy 4 or 5 minutes walk down hill to the harbour and the centre of the Old Town, with all of its excellent restaurants, bars and shops. We found ourselves spending much more time at the villa than we normally do while on holiday, but the villa was so comfy, that we just didn't need to go out - it is a real home from home.
Thank you very much to Johanna, with whom we spoke a lot during booking, a lovely lady, to whom nothing was a bother. We had lots of chats on the phone and via email and found her so very easy to get on with and she does have a great sense of humour. Thank you, you made the experience very easy. as for our next visit, it can't come soon enough.....!

Hamburger or Steak
We traveled in a party of 6 for my 50th birthday, we only ate out twice, simply because the villa was so comfortable and the large kitchen was so well equipped spacious and easy to use, with plenty of outside terrace space which enjoyed Sun all day, magnificent sea views and a large swimming pool and giant hot-tub, we had no reason to go out, as somebody once said, why go out for hamburger when you have steak at home, when we did go out it was to a lovely restaurant named Marios only a minutes walk away and we ate here twice, great food and very friendly service also the nearby bars and supermarkets catered for everything we needed. Very relaxing holiday which we all enjoyed in great villa !! Thank you. Will be back for sure, it's very hard to beat.

Memorable holiday
This villa is great. It's fully equipped with everything you could ask for and spotlessly clean. It's location is perfect and we couldn't get over how quiet the locale was although the old town itself was very full and packed every night.
There are some lovely restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by and easy to walk to with no hills and all on the flat level about 1 minutes walk away. Johanna kept us up to date with everything we needed to know and everywhere we needed to go...(thanks you very much)... . It was great to get up in the morning and come out on the terrace with such fabulous blue skys and beautiful views of the harbor & sea the other islands across the water in the distance, fabulous. The sun shines on the terrace all day with a fab sunset every evening, and we really spoiled with the pool and giant hot-tub. The owners, Peter and Adrianne are right on hand to sort everything out, they also do a super job maintaining the villa, many thanks to you both.
We will make a return visit soon. Thanks for the use of your super villa. We had a most enjoyable time and very memorable holiday.

Hadn't really been prepared for this.....In a word.... outstanding....could not have asked, nor wished for any more. The owners have, in a very subtle way, completely understated every aspect of this property, be warned........be prepared to be blown away, this is one place we will definitely return to.

This villa was perfect. Luxurious and spacious easily accommodating 5 of us. Private terraces with the most stunning un-interrupted sea and mountain views, private pool and hot-tub, equipped internally and externally with everything we could have needed or asked for. The beds were extremely comfortable and having the air conditioning was fab. The villa, its terraces and verandas were immaculate . There's a supermarket one minutes walk from the villa that stocks all supplies along with a good English style butchers for when we wouldn't move from the villa. Some fantastic restaurants close-by and wonderful bars too, that are open til the early hours. Peter & Adrienne was great at all times, instantly helping with any queries we had. We will be back to enjoy this villa again probably later in the year, either way, sooner rather than later . Thanks for a wonderful holiday .

Nicely decorated and good location
Very clean and tastefully decorated. Wanted to take some of the pictures away with us!
A couple of problems were sorted out very quickly and we had a nice relaxing stay. The location was perfect for our favourite parts of Puerto Del Carmen. As it was hot (phew) we would have liked more shade in the pool area during the day. The air conditioning in one bedroom was also quite noisy. Easy to get hold of assistance and it was very prompt.

A wonderful place to stay
We - me, husband and teenage son - stayed here for just a week and only wish it could have been longer. As other reviewers have written, this villa is even better than the photos suggest: it was well-cared for and spacious, and the private south-facing terrace, with its amazing sea view and sunshine all day, is huge! The little pool on the terrace was lovely, and we also enjoyed using the larger shared pool which the terrace overlooked. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and there is plenty of crockery etc; we ate in on a couple of evenings and appreciated the dishwasher but didn't need to use the washing machine or tumble-dryer - good to have them for a longer stay! The beds - and pillows - were as comfortable as promised and there were plenty of towels, including pool towels.
The villa is well located in the old town, with a very convenient Spar only a couple of minutes away and lots of restaurants nearby: we would recommend Mario's for pizza, Mardeleva for fish and Lomo Alto for steak - all with sea views. We'd also recommend the clifftop walk to Puerto Calero.
The whole booking process was a breeze with the highly efficient, helpful and friendly Johanna who answered all our queries incredibly quickly. It was great having a local contact in case of problems (not that we had any in this little piece of paradise!) and Peter checked in to make sure all was well. We also appreciated being able to store our suitcases on the last day as we had a late flight.
All in all, a great holiday!

Lovely villa with amazing views
Stayed at this villa beginning of April 2018 with my husband, children and grandson and was a perfect environment for a relaxing holiday fit for all ages. The photos do not do the villa justice as in person the villa is a lot bigger than we first thought, and the layout was perfect for us. With each bedroom having its own bathroom (two being an en-suite ) there was enough space for everyone, another one of the best features and something that did not go unnoticed were the luxurious beds. Outdoor facilities were great with the hot tub being available, the pool was only heated via the sun so was a little chilly however in the summer months I imagine it'll get warmer a lot quicker. A lovely seating area overlooking the sea where we could have breakfast every morning as well as having enough sun beds for everyone to use was a great feature as well. Location wise the villa is situated around a 5 minute walk from the closest store as well as bars and restaurants, One restaurant I would highly recommend visiting is Mario's, it is around a 5-10 minute walk from the villa and is next to the spar. It has a great family environment with amazing prices for what you get as well as having something for everyone we would 100% return. Overall hospitality and all things considered we would defiantly come back and stay at the villa and would recommend it to all friends and family thinking of staying in the area.

My wife and I are Just back from two fantastic weeks in this villa. The facilities are second to none and everything you need is supplied. The location is perfect and the views from the patio are stunning. Very good shop, bars and restaurants close by and not to far from the main harbour area. A special mention for Marios, a fantastic Italian Restaurant. Staff and food are excellent.
Special thanks to Johanna who made everything so easy and to Peter and Adrienne for all their assistance while we were there. Will definitely return.

Having just stayed at this villa for 10 nights we couldn't fault it. The only thing we would have liked was air-conditioning in the bedrooms, but this is just minor. Supermarket & handful restaurants nearby. We walked down to the harbour but unfortunately my 82yr old father couldn't manage this. Although there are plenty of taxis. The outside area was fantastic & to wake up to those views every morning was paradise.

This is one of a row of three villas that my wife and I have used regularly for the last 3 or 4 years. This villa is very spacious and ideal for up to 6 people. The terrace with the splash pool and hot tub is just great for relaxing in the afternoons and the sea views are second to none. The villa is ideally located near to a few bars, restaurants and supermarket but it is not far to walk to the harbour, the old town or the main strip. Johanna is lovely to deal with and makes the whole booking process and payment very straightforward

Came as a family, four of us staying in the villa. This place is in a perfect spot, close to the beach and shops but away from busy front. Brilliant views from the patio, all you need is here. Clean on arrival, well equipped , great wifi and sky sports, Great! especially appreciated by the boys. Good customer service, met on arrival and help is on hand if you need it. Friendly. only a minutes walk from supermarket and our favourite restaurant, Mario's. Beds comfortable, spoilt with three bathrooms , hot water all the time. Would definitely come again.

We were lucky enough to stay In this villa for a week, 4 adults and 2 children. The villa was very spacious for the 6 of us and the terrace with the splash pool and hot tub was amazing. There is free wifi and sports on the sky tv which my husband was over the moon about. Waking up to the amazing sea views every day made the holiday. The villa is in a great location near a couple of bars, restaurants and supermarket but it is not far to walk to the harbour. Thanks to johanna for a very easy booking and a wonderful holiday.
