The Manor House is a magnificent Grade II listed holiday home resting in Marston Montgomery near Rocester, in Derbyshire and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.
Set across three floors and hosting five bedrooms, including a super-king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom, two doubles, a second-floor family room and a further family room with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom, along with a bathroom, a ground-floor wet room and a first-floor cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. The property is heated via oil central heating, with underfloor heating provided in the kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fit with a range oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, American-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, whilst the utility comprises of a washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment purposes, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power a starter pack of logs for the woodburning stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Outside there is off-road parking for 6 cars and a garden with an orchard, lawn, summerhouse and furniture. Apologies, but this property does not accept pets or smoking.
