About this house rental
Seagrass is a bright, spacious architect designed family and pet friendly holiday home that enjoys superb views of the English Channel from an elevated position in Ventnor.
Step into the open-plan living, kitchen and dining space and you’re immediately struck by a breathtaking 180-degree sea view. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. In the lounge there is a Smart TV with Netflix and a Sound Bar with Bluetooth and Blu Ray Player to keep the family fully entertained.
There are even binoculars for ship-spotting and maps to help you get around the Island. There are two modern bedrooms with picture windows (one with a king and one with zip and link beds which can be set up as twins or kingsize to suit your needs) and two stylish bathrooms (one en-suite).
Once outside there are three outdoor spaces to choose from; the private, sea-facing, landscaped lawned garden with BBQ which is enclosed and safe for children and pets as well as a separate terrace with a brand new 4 person hot tub, or the decking which extends from the living room, facing south for day-long sunshine!
A charge applies for the hot tub (and must be requested at the time of booking). For short stays of 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights we kindly request £100 and for stays of 7 nights or more the charge is £150 which we will collect via Stripe.
There are two private parking spaces as well as an EV charging point at no additional charge.
A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome too.
There is a welcome hamper stocked with locally-sourced products which are grown and made on the Isle of Wight.
The property will be available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10 am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need, including utilities, bed linen and towels.

Lovely light airy accommodation with large windows that make most of the sea views from every room. A sun trap of a garden/veranda most of the day. Peaceful setting. Property is very Well equipped to make you feel completely at home in the space. The hill is steep down to the beach front. Highly recommend if you staying in Ventnor if you can manage the hill.

The property was lovely and stylish, very clean, super comfy and really was like home from home. Lovely bedding and towels provided and upon arrival a great welcome hamper of goodies. Great Wi-Fi. The owners have thought of everything to enable a really pleasant stay. A secure garden for our dog which was a bonus! Fantastic property with amazing views. Highly recommend.

This property is stunning in every way. Clean, modern, airy but still cosy and extremely comfortable.
It was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout and the attention to detail particularly in the amenities was 5 star. No need to bring any essentials with you, everything is provided from toilet roll and dishwasher tablets to coffee capsules and wine! Fantastic service for a rental property.
And then there’s the view… Wow, just wow. The pictures don’t do it justice, one of those views you can stare at all day and night, which you can do, even from bed!
Suited our family of 4 and didn’t feel cramped due to the high ceilings and ample outside space. Equally it would be a perfect romantic hideaway for a couple.
Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

The Perfect Tonic
Seagrass is just the perfect accommodation for a stay in Ventnor. The accommodation is spotless, very comfortable and has the best views. There is plenty of room for 4 adults and very dog friendly with a completely enclosed garden.

Amazing stay
Everything about the house was exceptional. It had a really lovely view. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and was very well equipped with everything you would need.
