It comes with eight bedrooms, comprising 2 x first-floor king size, 1 x first-floor twin, 1 x first-floor double, 1 x second floor bunk bed, 1 x second-floor twin, 1 x second-floor king size, and 1 x second-floor double, together sleeping 15 people. On the second-floor you will find a family bathroom and on the third-floor, you will find a third-floor shower room, with walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as an open-plan living space, with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Concluding the accommodation is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, in addition to unrestricted roadside parking on a first-come-first serve basis, a front garden and a rear seating area with barbecue. Bay Tree House is a wonderful base to call home at any time of the year as you explore Devon with loved ones.
