Within just a few minutes walk from your garden you are embraced with the true charm of this historic village, beautifully transferred throughout the buildings and amenities within the village. From the local farmhouse cream teas to fish and chips, family restaurants to the village shop and post office. Village folk are welcoming and accommodating. Surrounding this picturesque Devon Village is exciting National Trust footpaths offering exciting routes to explore this unspoilt rugged coastline.

Feature Master bedroom perfectly appointed to enjoy the sensational views with flexible bed arrangement- can be arranged as twins or king size bed. This bedroom offers the benefit of en-suite facilities including a feature 'Roll Top' bath, W/C and Basin. The Roof Terrace with furniture is accessed via the master bedroom; providing the perfect position to absorb the tranquil setting. Bedroom Two offers an inviting ambiance with feature double bed, colourful views and ample storage. Bedroom Three offers ample space with single bed and storage

Rosemary Cottage offers the benefit of two separate bathroom facilities with a feature roll top bath, w/c and basin in the master bedroom. The shower room with W/C and basin is also located upstairs. The additional W/C and basin are located downstairs.
Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen / dining area is thoughtfully designed and well equipped with feature Nobel Cooker (for use between Autumn & Winter), dual gas/electric cooker, Nespresso coffee machine (accepts original nespresso pods), microwave, fridge, freezer, washer drier and dishwasher. The dining area is perfectly positioned alongside the kitchen area with feature 'Serving Hatch,' quality dining table and chairs, and patio doors leading to traditional character courtyard area.
Lounge:
Rosemary Cottage has a warm and welcoming twin aspect lounge with sea views, best appreciated from the window seat. This room also has a gas fire, suite, TV,and DVD player

Rosemary Cottage is accessed through the sea facing colourful garden. This property also has a courtyard area and roof terrace with sea views

Leave Barnstaple on the A361 towards Braunton/Ilfracombe. Pass through Braunton approx (5 miles) and continue towards Ilfracombe until you reach Mullacott Cross roundabout (Approx 7 miles from Braunton). Turn left to Woolacombe.
Approx one half miles on a left hand bend- turn right - signposted Morthoe (just before Fortescue pub) Follow road to village go through Morthoe past the Chichester pub on your right. You start to go down the hill, past the converted chapel on right, you will notice a selection of cottages on your left hand side.
Rosemary Cottage is the last cottage on the left hand side.
You will notice a private parking bay for the cottage.
