Good midrange accommodation

Nice cooked breakfast, lovely breakfast sitting room. It was convenient on edge of Dorchester for travelling

The bed was too soft for me and the sheet didn't fit properly

Comfortable b&b with good brekkie

Quiet, clean and welcoming place. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room - all you need. TV worked well. Good Shower. Nice big towel! Great fry-up in the morning

Lovely B&B great location

Good sized room Lovely breakfast selection (even had dairy free milk option) 15 min walk to the centre

Everything was great the only slight issue was the smell of wet dog as soon as you go into the property. This did not affect the stay whatsoever and the smell was NOT in the room

The. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast room was impeccable.

As an amputee there was only accommodation on the first floor which took me a while to get upstairs. Although the host did help me with my luggage which I was grateful for

Disappointing but breakfast was nice

Breakfast was surprisingly good, we quite enjoyed it. The location was good (though google maps sent us to a care home first where we were told they are confused with Bay Tree often…)

The cleanliness was shocking. Dust and grime everywhere. Multiple hairs on the pillows, covers, and bedsheets. Mugs had tea stains on them that I could wash off myself. Light switches were grubbing (not cleaning high frequency touch points). Toothpaste was on one of the loo rolls. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Very close to leaving and staying somewhere else.

The owner, Gary, was most friendly & helpful. Breakfast table brilliant...round with a "lazy Susan".

Breakfast very good. Gary the owner very helpful. Stayed in one of the Lodges which was clean and tidy and had all that we required.

Good location to explore Dorchester town.

The double room was excellent, with lovely en suite, and a fab shower.

If I mentioned what I didn't like, it would be a few petty suggestions. If the host would like to know, they can send an email directly, and I will let them know. Nothing spoilt our stay here.
