Very good stay. Will be back

Super clean and comfy. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bedroom door gets stuck on the lock and doesn't close behind you.

Great for a 1 night stay

Nice and easy to check in and check out, the room was large and clean. It had everything you needed. I can't comment on the staff as we only stayed for 1 night and didn't see anyone!

The car park is small, I'm glad we arrived early as we wouldn't have had a space if we arrived in the evening. The bed was way too hard...personal preference I know but it felt rock solid!

Excellent place to stay

Just loved the overall feel of the place. Had everything we needed available to us.

Nothing. I thought the cars may be an issue but I slept well in a lovely big comfy bed.

Cosy, clean, and friendly staff

The staff were fantastic: they provided us with all the information we needed despite short notice due to a train cancellation. Our room (and the hotel) was cosy, spotlessly clean, and great to stay at.

No complaints or suggestions. I recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel.

Our room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping every day was to an excellent standard. The hotel is in a very convenient location, an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We only had breakfast one morning but it was lovely and good value. The staff were very friendly. It was convenient for us to have free parking.

We would highly recommend The Keep if anyone is in the area looking for a nice place to stay.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and superb quality. The location was very central and within a short walk of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room certainly exceeded our expectations with its comfy beds, luxurious bath and the facilities were the best. Well done. We will most certainly come again.

Fantastic rooms (room 12 and the tower room)both had baths in the bedrooms as well as showers in toilets and the best breakfast we have had in ages

Superb

We stayed in room 12 which was an exceptional large room with an en-suite shower room. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, there was parking on-site and breakfast was included, a couple of minutes walk from the high street.

A treat of a stay if you want that little bit of luxury for a night !

This is the second time myself and my partner have stayed here. We love the suit we stay in. It’s super comfortable and love the added bonus treat of the bathtub in the room. The breakfast is delicious and eggs cooked to order. Lovely selection of hot or cold food items. Self check in is an added bonus so can check in when convenient to you. We can’t wait to return.

Parking is limited or tight if you have a big car like we did. Doesn’t have the nicest views but if you can’t just a night of chilling in a suit then this is the place. Can’t fault it.

Large spacious room. Comfy bed for a good night sleep. Excellent shower. Located in the centre of the town. Easy to access. Super clean. Super friendly and happy staff. Made for a wonderful stay.

Little gem of a find

Great apartment in the courtyard of hotel very well equipped small kitchen area, very large bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast selection was the best choice I have seen in a long time and a really good gluten free selection too.

Fabulous

The staff were helpful and friendly, we could check in early. Facilities were wonderful, huge comfy room with everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the hotel was just a few minutes walk from town, ninespring country park and the cinema.

Easy to find and spacious room

The staff were very friendly polite, the room was spacious clean with plenty of facilities, breakfast was plentiful, filling, hot and tasty.

This is a personal preference but the bed had a very hard mattress.
