It was the off season so we pretty much had the place to ourselves making it perfect for a do-nothing retreat. The decor and layout is dated, but the quick walk to private little beach was beyond amazing

When we arrived, the unit had not been turned over or cleaned from the prior renter. Beds were unmade, dirty dishes on the counter, trashes not empty, bathrooms dirty and floors not swept or vacuumed. They responded immediately and made it right. Unfortunately, we discovered during our stay one of the main bathrooms had a toilet that would not flush and a shower that never got hot water leaving only one usable full bath.

Furnishings appear to be original from forty years ago. New TV and washer/dryer.
The carpets and rugs need to be removed because they feel dirty. The beds are extremely uncomfortable with flimsy mattresses and very dated bedframes. The curtains in the bedrooms need to be replaced with light blocking curtains, because light from the complex immediately adjacent to the fence shines into the room all night. The lighting in the kitchen very, very dim, and the lighting in the main bedroom is problematic because the light is fixed to the wall and the plug is in a location where people would charge their phones. Downstairs (living room and kitchen) feels very tired and worn. . Location is good which is why I am giving it two stars. I would not recommend staying here without some major updates. With updates it definitely has a 5 star potential.

Loved the super retro feel & quirky artwork :)

Very clean, but very dated. What you’d expect from a 1970s condominium. Inexpensive and probably best for casual type people.

A blast from the past, this retro home had everything our family of 4 needed, with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were VERY comfortable! Everything was tidy. Location was excellent. My only complaint would be the shower heads - they're just mounted too low for an average sized adult.

Had issues getting a parking pass from the manager and Vacasa property management company , which resulted in wasting vacation time. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Being so close to the lake was a dream. The condo is dated and has some funky aspects, (super short shower heads, art from every decade in every room, etc.) but we would stay there again because of the size, the well equipped kitchen, and how easy it was to be at the lake. We had a great time!

My wife and I chosed this as last minute and because it was our only place available to stay our expectations were low.
Well let me tell you something about this to be your last minute pick, it will deliver more than what you can expect, super clean, super quiet, the neighborhood is very friendly, the park right in front of the apartment super convenient when you have market, plus you have a private beach right in back exclusively for the residents and guests.
The only thing I can ask for is maybe the ac and heat other than that you will have a great time, I highly recommend it.
Thank's again to the Vacasa team.

Love the location and the distance from the beach. Only concern was the bathrooms. Too small and the shower heads are too low to take showers. Also it would be great if the definition of the property can clearly mention that this is a town house. I personally do not prefer a town home for vacation.

We love this home and will definitely come back again! Very clean and generous on towels and huge...
House is very clean. Lots of towels and huge TV with Netflix for my kids to enjoy. Private beach is great!!!

Great location!
Perfect location to everything we needed for our trip. Parking is right in front of the unit too, so hauling gear and bags inside were a breeze. Place had enough space for the 5 when relaxing at the unit when we weren’t on the slopes. Having direct access to the lake was also a plus when we just wanted to enjoy the view

Rundown thrift-store vibe
The condo was next to a private beach but because of this, I guess they assumed quality of the condo interior didn't matter. The condo had old mismatched furniture and pictures that smelled and looked like they came from a thrift store. The mattresses were thin, lumpy, and worse quality than a Motel 6 but the condo had the price of a Hilton. One of the beds creaked every time you turned over, and one of the "twin" beds was really for a toddler. The only positive was the apartment complex was quiet and the property manager who located light bulbs for the master bedroom which was pitch black due to burnt out lights. I don't recommend this property.

Amazing place
Close to everything and not too far away from the other towns to visit. Would recommend 100%

Cozy place close to the lake
This is a cozy 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse really close to the lake. The beach is about 100 yards away.
The house was exceptionally clean. Even the sofas smelled on detergent and appeared they had been recently foam cleaned.
The parking is right in front of the door and there are plenty of towels (including beach) along with cleaning supplies for laundry
Internet is good too and I got around 30mbps which is good enough for virtual meetings and work. Though they do say that in season when lot of people arrive it can drop. The home has a huge TV with netflix etc., and is great for entertainment
The only negatives I can think of is that one bathroom (the half bath had a defective bulb). The master bathroom vent was not working, and a couple of lightbulbs in the house (eg one of the kitchen lightbulbs) was not working.
Secondly the shower is very low, so if you are over 5.5 tall you will have a tough time taking a batch.
But all in all, I would say these are minor points. This is an amazing property very close to the lake and walking distance from Safeway and the Public library
