Nestled in the Villas of Lake Arrowhead, this cozy cottage is a true home away from home. Surrounded by towering trees, the park-like property offers over 10,000 square feet of open space, perfect for friendly pickleball matches, sledding in the snow, or playing hide and seek with the kids. The serene front deck was designed to savor your coffee/tea as you read a book, write a script, or ponder your next chess move. Follow the wraparound deck to discover a newly renovated backyard featuring a jacuzzi lounge and BBQ zone. The quiet and secluded platform in the front yard offers an elevated vantage point of the property that is ideal for zenful yoga and pilates, or mixing and matching and enjoying your favorite cigar & spirit or wine & cheese.
Indoors, the snuggle-ready fireplace, vintage record player, and hand-selected vinyl gems contribute to a nostalgic ambiance. The array of board games and casino chips and cards ensure plenty of entertainment options into the wee hours of the night. Otherwise, adults can gather around the smart TV downstairs to plow through a show while the kids watch their favorite cartoons upstairs. The office is a tranquil spot to sit, think, read, write, create, or catch up on some work (not recommended).

The cabin is cozy, but we - me, my husband, and three 14-yr old boys - stayed in it comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the village and everything else we wanted to do. Javier was attentive and very responsive - would definitely stay here again.

This was a very cute cozy place to stay. We had a great time and would definitely come back here.

Loved our stay and host, the cottage was absolutely charming and had all the amenities we needed and more. Quiet and serene settings, we will definitely book again.

We had a great time on the Mountain! The cabin was the perfect size for our stay. We were surprised the the two bedrooms were connected, but for our group it worked fine- we didn’t need a lot of privacy. The host was wonderful and very communicative. There were a lot of outdoor toys and hills for the kids to play on. We were glad we didn’t have too much snow and ice as the driveway is VERY steep and I am not sure we could have parked there if there was snow on the ground. We cooked all of our meals on site and the kitchen had all of the basics- but we did wish that we had brought our our foil and baggies for easy clean up.
Over all this was a perfect spot for our getaway.

Thank you,
It was nice staying at your place. Very nice and well-organized place. Thank you for the heads-up notice about the black ice condition. It was a helpful tip to get ready during the winter visit. We enjoyed snow slid in front of the cabin as well. :)

Perfect cozy cabin for your next getaway!! I booked this adorable cabin for a group of 6 girls. Javier was awesome about accommodating our needs and recommended some good food spots too. Super nice guy who was easy to communicate with. The hot tub in the back was so nice and was heated right when we arrived. When we checked out I forgot a couple things and Javier was so gracious and easy going with me returning for my items. The cabin was also affordable. Only thing to mention was the driveway was very icy and slippery.. not sure if this was something that could be prevented but we didn’t mind! I plan on booking again and taking my husband and daughter!

On our 4 days and 3 nights stay we really had fun and rested well in this cozy house . All the things that we need are provided. The host Sir Javier never failed to communicate and assured us to never hesitate to ask questions. There is a lot of board games to choose to. Although my only concern is the 2 bathrooms is on the first floor and we need to go downstair if we want to use the toilet, but overall we had an excellent stay.

This is a really cute cottage. A lot of attention was put into the details and there are a lot of high-end finishes. The host really went out of his way to make everything as nice as possible. Our favorite thing about the house was actually the host. He was a very responsive and easy to work with.
We didn't find most of the furniture to be very comfortable and didn't want to hang out in the space very much. The deck is absolutely lovely though and with the camp chairs we brought from home, that is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was adequately appointed although I never found the light switch for the main light. Four lights over the sink to wash dishes but none over the stove. Great stove though, and nice double ovens.
Our main take away from the house is that it was loud. It is just an old cabin I think. The stairs and the floors upstairs creak really badly and the door to the bedroom is awful too. Our toddler cried a lot from the amount of noise (he was scared), so if your child is sensitive to noise I would be aware of that. With earplugs I was still able to sleep while my family walked around.
Both bathrooms are downstairs next to each other, and all the sleeping is upstairs. There are no curtains upstairs so there is a lovely view of the trees when the sun comes up and floods the room with light. I didn't appreciate this as much during the summer as I would have during the fall or winter.
This was a really cute place and the host makes it worth five stars even with the minor troubles we had. Definitely recommend staying here with a small group or family.

It was a very nice little rustic place. Very beautiful setting. Nice quiet peaceful. Just FYI. It takes about 6-10 hrs to heat the hot tub. So don't plan on using it the first evening, but after that you are good to go! It was a beautiful getaway.

This was our first time visiting Lake Arrowhead. This cabin served as a perfect home base for us and provided everything we needed. We found it nicely furnished and very clean. The owner was easy to get a hold of and wanted to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible.
Beds are located on the 2nd floor which were divided into two separate rooms. This helped so we could put our kids to bed early in one room while the adults stayed up a little later in the other. The hot tub was an added bonus! We enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay here.
