Access codes for the remote lock are emailed to the reservation holder within 48 hours of arrival. Remember to complete your guest check-in form after booking and provide your email address and contact phone.

For the privacy of staying guests, physical addresses are not provided until booking and confirmation are complete. Check-in instructions are sent 2 days before arrival, or instantly when booking within 24 hours of the check-in date.

Accessing the House:
The driveway up to the house is gravel with a slight incline then level. There are a couple of steps up to the front porch, then entry to the house is through the front door. The primary bedroom is on the main level, all other bedrooms are upstairs. Guests have full access to the home except for any locked doors, which are for owner's access only.

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended
