Very nice place to stay. Close to all kinds of amenities. Food, entertainment, grocery stores, etc. Only about 7-8 minutes to downtown which is nice. Our kids loved feeding the turtles and ducks as well. Great communication and very accommodating.

I highly recommend this house. It is spacious and is conveniently close to everything you need.
This house feels like a home away from home and ths hosts have great communication and give clear instructions.

This house is roomy. It has a great space for a young family on the third floor with a king and full/twin bunk bed with its own full bath. There are 2 more on the second floor which can accomodate 5. The view from the patio is awesome with its own patio seating and umbrella. From there is also a great view of the huge turtles that reside in the lake. It's a wonderful stay!

This property was a great place to stay for my family and myself. It was very clean. It was also in a good location to get to the many different attractions in the Charleston area.

Was clean and bed was comfortable. It is dated, but the lids liked the novelty of having 3 stories and going yo and down the stairs. Everyone got their own space and no one complained.

This house was everything that we wanted and more. The house was so clean and spacious! The decks overlooking the lake were amazing places to sit and relax. You couldn’t even tell that it was in the middle of town. The only thing to be aware of is parking. This house sleeps quite a few people and there are only 2 assigned parking spaces. There are 2 guest spaces but those were usually taken. My advice would be to try and travel together in as few vehicles as possible. Other than parking, this stay was a dream! I highly recommend it!

Townhouse was perfect set up for our family, spanning three generations. This was perfect for all age ranges from pre-schooler, to teenagers and adults alike. We particularly enjoyed feeding the turtles in the lake.

3 generations staying for a week to visit another family member. Central to many stores and areas and room for 7 people not feeling cramped.

The property is exactly as listed and close to everything needed.
My only informative comment to future possible renters is, due to the steepness of the stairs and that it only has a handrail on one side of the steps, it may not be the best place for people not stable on their feet. We had no issue, but i could see where some people would.

Great location , communication with the owners was excellent. It was all it was advertised.

Super close to the airport, and not far from downtown. The house is well insulated from airport noise, and the master suite on the top floor was really nice. We’ll definitely look at staying here again the next time we come to Charleston.

this was such perfect accommodations for me, my adult children and their spouses who all flew in for a wedding. great location, minutes from the airport and ease to downtown Charleston. the porches were lovely and everyone had privacy without being isolated in a hotel. thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was spacious and clean.

if you’re looking for a spacious property at a reasonable rate, this unit has lots of space and four separate sleeping areas with 3 1/2 baths. Close to the highway in Airport so you will have some noise. Nothing major, but could use a little TLC.

Very cute and quiet location. Only issue we had was the code to get in but Nicole was quick to respond and help.

Great location on the lake. Kids enjoyed feeding turtles, duck and other birds. Excellent location of Hwy with easy ride to old Charleston. House is very nice and owner are quick to respond to any questions or issues.

It was a great place to come back and relax. It was very hot and humid and the place cooled very nicely. We had issues with the tv but owners responded very quickly and even came to fix it! Loved feeding the turtles 😀

We stayed here for our son’s wedding. Nicole was great about responding. Please keep in mind they aren’t kidding about lack of parking. Room for 2 cars with a few spots scattered around the lake. We had 4 cars, all coming from different parts of the country. A few suggestions. Could use more towels and wash cloths. Also, despite one reviewer complimenting the beds, none of us slept well on them. One was listed a queen and it was clearly a full size. Other than that, met our needs.

The property has plenty of room and bathrooms for more than 5 people. It didn’t take us more than 20-30 minutes to get to all the sights we wanted to explore. The seating in the family room area was not completely conducive to all of us relaxing together in the evenings, but we made do. Nicole was quick to respond to all texts including arranging a time to come out and replace a light in the shower. Feeding the turtles and ducks was an enjoyable bonus! I’d highly recommend Nicole’s property especially if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle on your whole trip.

We stayed at the Lowcountry Lookout the night before our cruise. Nicole was easy to work with and the home was as nice as the photos portrayed.
It was plenty of room for our family of 8 and we would stay again. It was close to what we needed as well. I was a little surprised how close we were to the airport but it was actually cool to see the planes, and they stopped before late and never heard anything overnight. We wil stay again if we cruise out of Charleston again!

What a beautiful place! Very clean. Beautiful views. Loved the turtles!! Thank you!

The property was presented far nicer than it was. The location was back in an industrial area. The furniture was very used and uncomfortable. The deck needed painting and maintenance especially the railings on the lake. The dishes, specifically silverware and cups were dirty. Roach in living room. Found used lollipop on floor on third floor. No mop in unit.
I feel this unit was overpriced for what it was.
Owner stated that the previous visitors left the place a mess so we were not able to get in at 4 as the cleaning lady took longer. The en-suite on the second floor that was advertised with a jacuzzi tube was ridiculous. It was a very old tube that looked like it had been set on top of an existing frame. The shower was very old and stained. Nicole seemed like a nice lady but this property was a total disappointment for the price.

I love the space. Nice neighborhood. Enough room for all the family. Very convenient to downtown but not so close there’s too much traffic. All the amenities you need (and more). Neighbors seem to also be renters but were quiet and lovely. Minus a star because the planes are very close. Not a problem because there are less flights at night. Great stay, thanks!!

Overall the property itself was very nice, clean and exactly what we were looking for size wise. The property owners went above and beyond communicating. The check in and out process was super easy. The lake view was beautiful but we experienced not only noisy neighbors but the noise from airplanes and trains made it a little less enjoyable. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations, decor and cleanliness!! Thank you!

We had planned this trip for quite some time before actually getting there. The location of the house in addition to the amenities was the icing on the cake. Nicole was always prompt to respond to messages and always friendly. Can’t recommend enough!

My family and I decided to spend Christmas in Charleston and booked this property. We were very pleased with everything starting from the initial contact with Nicole. The check-in process was easy, and simple. The home was spacious, immaculate and cozy. The view of the lake was spectacular and peaceful. The property is close to the outlet (literally less than 5 mins), restaurants, and grocery stores. The property is also very close to the airport (less than 10 mins.) Overall, my husband was pleased, and my boys loved every minute of being there. Nicole definitely showed us great southern hospitality, so we will definitely book again when we visit. Thanks for making our trip and stay memorable, and thanks for sharing your home with my family!!!

This place was fantastic for us. We had 7 extended family and all thought it was perfect.. Got there late so didn't get to enjoy everything of long. The coffee was even provided that we really needed. The white heron setting on the deck rail watching us was the topper for the morning. Lots of places five minutes away to pick up most anything you might need.

Beautiful property with amazing lake view. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. We recommend this place

Clean, very nice owners
The place was clean, comfortable and so close to downtown Charleston. But most impressed with the kindness and sincerity of the owners. Thank you Nicole and Matt!

Quick stay in Charleston
We had a change in schedules that put our family in Charleston for one night searching for a last minute place to stay. This was the perfect little house for our family to rest with plenty of space for our group of 6. This house was super close to the airport, yet we never noticed airplane noises inside the house. The pond that faces the back porch is filled with adorable turtles! My kids loved watching them!
The owner Nicole was super helpful and answered any questions I had. All in all it was a great property and I highly recommend it!

Chareszon - Beautiful City and Beautiful property
This was one of the nicest properties I've ever visited. The rooms are spacious and airy. Great place for the family to relax. We were greeted by the turtles and ducks every morning at the lake. Also, the location is really easy to find and central to every location in the city. I was very impressed by our hosts knowledge of the history of the city. They were able give us some very good suggestions on places to visit. With that being said, I will be back. Soon!

Great choice!
We enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was exactly as described, short travel into Charleston. Plus, there are a lot of food choices very close to it! The lake is beautiful, the turtles are fun to watch. We had an issue that the owners quickly resolved.
