About this cottage rental

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage in the tall pines of the Prescott National Forest. Fully equipped eat in kitchen with seating for 6. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and TV's and a queen sofa sleeper. For adventurers, you are only minutes away from endless activities. Goldwater lake and it's many trails are less than a mile south. Head 3 miles north to discover endless shopping, the courthouse square, and historic Whiskey Row. Bucky's Casino is also a short drive away. We also have a Jeep rental on property. If it is available during your stay, guest may rent the Jeep for a discounted rate. ***Please note this is a small 3 bedroom house but only 2 bedrooms are accessible and there is also no access to the garage. This is our 2nd home and our personal belongings are locked in the 3rd bedroom and garage. ***

loved the mtn setting of the place - beds great kitchen supplied well. i wished there were more instructions on things - little notes - near outlets - what switches do - how to use tv - not everyone uses sling or prime - reminder how to lock and unlock front door - with key pad - i am used to a key - and first nite left door unlocked when we went into town. - also ..pre measured info for washer - how to use thermostate - ac - just quick information would have been useful. better lighting in the bathroom -brighter.... just felt should have better instructions on how to use house... otherwise - boy if you dont retire there - i will !!!!LOL!!!

I have close relatives that live in Prescott and we visit often so our family is very familiar with the area. Hands down this is the best home we’ve stayed in yet! This beautiful very clean house is located in the gorgeous forest area but still just minutes away from everything you need. Beds are very comfortable which is really important when traveling. Host is very welcoming and responsive. Exceeded expectations!!

We loved this property. It was immaculate with everything you need. We loved that we were "out of the city" yet we were just a few min away. We sat on the back patio every morning drinking coffee enjoying the trees, hummingbirds and bunnies. Afterwards, we walked the neighborhood, very cute. Slept very well, beds were comfortable, plenty of parking, nice private driveway. Ejoyed El Gato Azul, downtown Prescott. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed it ! This cozy beautiful new home it was perfect for getting out of valley s heat Kids had really good time also Highly recommended for family with or without kids . We found even treats , and ice cream for the kids. Thank you very much We will come back for sure !

It was generally great, and certainly good value. There’s a somewhat busy road on back that we didn’t anticipate, but not enough to deter me from strumming my guitar back there. Close to the stuff that you might like to see, like lakes, hikes, whiskey row, etc. great town for a 2-4 day visit.

Immaculate, homey cottage in the woods south of Prescott. Great attention to detail, all necessities provided. Took 4 minutes from the woods to Downtown Prescott. It's a great place to escape and unwind. We'd definitely stay here again!

The Oak Knoll cottage is very quaint and cozy. Sitting in front of the fire place was so relaxing and just what my sister in laws and I needed for a girls get away! Only a quick drive to Whiskey Row for shopping and dining out. We will most certainly come back to stay in the future!

Lovely, new home surrounded by pines, just minutes to historic Prescott. So quiet at night, even tho located off Senator Hwy. I went to retreat and found rest easy here. Thank you for all the conveniences that made this as cozy as home.

The listing and photos don’t do it justice, place was amazing, wife LOVED the theme and cleanliness BIG deal for her and we are definitely saving this and returning. Close enough to town for amenities and just far enough to enjoy crisp mountain air in the morning with a fresh coffee.

Our stay was perfect! Oak Knoll Cottage was perfect and had everything we needed. The cottage was right in the middle of the woods but also only a 7 minute drive to downtown Prescott! The mornings were perfect on the back patio and we were visited by some deer. Goldwater Lake is only a mile down the road with great fishing and hiking! The host was extremely accommodating and answered all of our questions promptly! Our experience was beyond amazing and we will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay on Prescott. Quick drive into town and only a mile or so from beautiful Goldwater Lake. Richard is a highly responsive host and everything was easy, from booking through check-in and check-out. We’ll stay here again.

Richard was great! The property is new and very clean had everything we needed. My son was on back patio and saw javelina crossing down the from the cabin which was very cool. It is super close to Goldwater Lake . Thank you for a great stay
