The property was awesome. The location was great for what I was there for a few transient in the area, but it wouldn’t too bad. The only downfall was the spiders and cockroaches. Other than that. It was awesome. Oh, in the other thing, it’s listed as one bathroom. It’s two full bathrooms in there wonderful.

This apartment was quite nice and in the heart of where we wanted to be. Very clean, modern looking, comfortable and priced affordably. Communication from renters was great and on time. The only problem I had, was not the apartment itself, but parking. We arrived late and everything was taken. But, after a little driving around, I found a great garage that I would recommend to anyone staying here. It's at 4th and Peachtree NW. The rate there was only $8 for a full day. We parked for 4 nights and it was only $32, for a new-looking, security monitored garage. The walk back to the apartment was well-lit and safe-feeling, even around midnight. We hope to revisit this area again in the future, and this property will be the first place I check for availability.

Brought my 70s mother-in-law and parents down with my husband and I for our daughter’s big event at GT. Location was easy to find and parking was quite convenient to the apartment (bought the $15 pass offered). MIL stayed in a front room with big glass door on Murphy bed that seemed comfortable. A sensitive sleeper may have been bothered by street noise but she did well. My parents stayed in the front bedroom and my husband and I stayed in the back bedroom. Beds were comfortable, linens clean. Couldn’t hear street noise from other rooms. Bathrooms were convenient to bedrooms. Adequate towels and pillows. We used kitchen to cook several meals, only issue was that there was only one pan, but everything else was fine. Dishwasher quiet. Location couldn’t be beat for the price and had no problems with people on street. Would definitely book again.

My daughter and I stayed in this unit while she had surgery in Atlanta. This unit was beautifully updated and modern. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues and flexible with us on our check out. I would recommend for couples or groups but not for single women. There were homeless sleeping on the steps .

The apartment was not well cleaned before we arrived. Kitchen sick was dirty. Lots of dust collected on top of the coffee machines. Stove top seemed greasy. We accepted as they were. In the morning of our third day of stay, I developed hives around my neck and shoulders. They were very itchy. Even though I never had skin or allergy issues. I still didn't think too much of it until on our checkout day (Day 5), we found a dead cockroach in the middle of the living room. It's been a month and a half since we left the apartment. Most of the hives have subsided but they left terrible marks on the skin that I can't get rid of. Were they from the cockroach or whatever chemical that killed the cockroach? We may never know. We requested the owner to refund the full cleaning fee and also take care of the cockroach problems and make sure they are all dead and removed from the apartment before renting the place out. Unfortunately, our request was rejected.

Place is nice, old building thats been redone. Steet noise is loud. Take earplugs for when you sleep. Everything else is good. A few transient
folks down the block but they didnt bother anyone. Its the city... Good location for sure.

The property was spacious for our family. We did have issues maintaining a comfortable temperature in the unit but it was resolved after one phone call. It would have been nice to have an ample supply of dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. Michelle was quick to respond to our needs. The unit was surface clean but is need of a deep clean.

Super easy check in process. Great location with walking distance to tons of places including the park. We only had 3 of us and it was plenty of space. Actually is much bigger than it looks. It shows it sleeps 8 but I would have have more than 6. Layout of the place is great and having keyless entry was fantastic.

Pros
• Communication was never a problem.
Cons
• Light comes through the blinds in all bedrooms. It’s like daylight in all hours. Wouldn’t recommend if you are someone who has a young child or can’t sleep with the “lights on”.
• Cars go as fast and loud as they can during the night. Again, not good if you are a light sleeper or have a young child.
• The “Murphy bed” is not in the same room as the king bed as listed. It is in a tight fitted sunroom right off sidewalk and street.
• We could never get the bedrooms to cool off. We were sweating even with the fans that are provided. Highly recommend taking your own box fan.
• Definitely walking distance to the World of Coco-Cola and the Aquarium but we had to walk through a tunnel where many homeless people were sleeping on the sidewalk. It was okay because we were walking through at 9:00 AM and they were sleeping but I would be extremely hesitant any other time during the day and never at dark.

Nice stay in Midtown Atl
Michelle was a great host and quick to respond to any messages. The property was newly updated and clean. The Latch key made it nice so that all members of the group could have their own access. It was walking distance to many things nearby and made for a great weekend in Atlanta.

Great place in midtown
This is a super convenient rental in midtown, right in the heart of everything. The parking situation was sort of difficult when loading and unloading especially with small kids.
The main reason I gave this rental a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is a light that shines directly into both bedrooms and while they have blinds they do nothing to keep the light out so at like 2am it is as bright in the rooms as it is at 12noon. Makes it really hard to get babies to sleep

Disappointed
On-street parking is a myth. No unloading zone as it is on a really busy (loud) street. Parking garage across the street is actually $18 per day not $10 as advertised. The AC never worked, host had difficulty reaching property management and when they did, a technician was not available...she did offer to relocate us but for two nights stay that is a lot of schlepping. The unit was spacious though.

Cute apartment in Midtown
We enjoyed the condo during a quick weekend trip to Atlanta.
Found it to be a cozy and comfortable unit.
The property manager was very nice and always available for questions.

Nice apartment with good vibes
The apartment was modern and had what we needed for our Stay. The place smelled clean upon arrival. Had the basic essentials for cooking. A regular coffee pot would have been nice (Has a keurig). The area was great but felt sketchy a few times. Close to downtown area, museums and to where I needed to go. Hot water runs out fast with too many people taking showers at once. The owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the trip and helpful with electronic checking. The parking pass is a must!

Girls Weekend Getaway!
The property was cute and well put together. We were able to walk to a few great places to eat and shop. April was attentive and let us drop off our luggage before the room was ready which was super helpful. We had an issue with the oven not working so she quickly brought over a toaster oven so we could bake cookies! I would stay here again.

Overall Great
The location of this spot is amazing. Super convenient to everything, walking distance to lots of restaurants, etc. There are a couple of really minimal things that could make it even better, but it's not worth compromising this rental's scoring. The electrical could use some attention. For example, the recessed lights in the master shower work sporadically. The ceiling fans in the living room and second bedroom light constantly come back on if the fan is on. All night. Internet was super sporadic which made working a challenge, but if you don't have to be connected 24/7, it's not a big deal. Overall, it's a great rental that is super convenient.

Solid place to stay
This property at the time of booking said 3 rooms, when we got there is was only 2 rooms. The check in was odd and it felt like the host was cryptic in all her communication- that could be improved on.
Was offered parking at the last minute even though it was described as an included amenity when booking. Seems the area is fine to park on the street.
Helpful that there was a washer & dryer. The apartment was very clean and again great location.
