overall very suitable for our group for one night. the spiral staircase is difficult to manage with bags and bathrooms are on the first floor. there are no bathroom/shower supplies provided.

We had the best time! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and provided ideas and places to visit during our stay. We enjoyed being in walking distance to the resort pool and food. There was also a ton of space and beds for everyone we traveled with (6 girls total). The condo was very clean and provided everything and more than what we needed. Would definitely go back!!

We only stayed one night because my daughter was graduating the next morning. Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. On Saturday night we cooked a nice dinner and enjoyed it with family and friends. Couple items to note is the room with the bunk beds does not have a wall is an open loft and no bathroom on top floor. We enjoyed the deck also as the evening was perfect.

Check in was a breeze. Gary, the owner, was easy to communicate with and so kind. He let us check in early and check out late, although we didn’t end up staying late. The condo was clean. The location was perfect. We’d love to stay here again.

It was a very nice place to stay at the Peek and the host was wonderful and very accommodating. The place was overall a little smaller than the pictures made it look, but if the weather was cooperative there wouldn't have been as many of us in the house together at the same time!

Though we stayed only one night, we were very pleased with the accommodations. The condo was super clean and Gary was great about communicating. He recommended the Dutch Village for brunch and it was so good, we couldn't stop talking about it. The location is about a 2 minute drive from the PnP lodge. We would stay there again!

Stayed for a weekend Ski trip. Plenty of room and sleeping arrangement options. Property was clean and well maintained. Owner was great to work with.

We enjoyed our stay at Peek n Peek and the place was perfect, Gary was very generous allowing us to check in whenever we wanted and also a late checkout. We have never had a homeowner offer this and would rent from him again. Thank you, Pat and Tracy.

Very nice condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Gary went above and beyond with his communication and kindness with letting us stay longer on our check out date because it was not rented out. We did not have to rush and was able to let our son ski on Sunday too! We would definitely would stay here again.

Great property & communication w the owner; wonderful for a ski weekend! Only drawback was that the unit was in close proximity to other units & other people were not respectful of quiet times (owner could not control that though and did reach out multiple times )

Comfy clean beds, fully stocked kitchen, good communication with owner, great for our Girl's Night In/Birthday Celebration. There are a lot of steps leading up to the property so loading our vehicles upon departure was tricky, but overall great experience and I would stay here again in the future!

The condo is very convenient for skiing and was the perfect weekend getaway. It was clean and well stocked with towels, soaps, and plenty of beds. Love the fireplace. And Gary was a fantastic host. He responded promptly to messages and check in/check out was clear and easy. He was even so generous as to tell us we didn't need to rush to check out because no one was renting the following day. We will definitely stay at this property again if we come back to peek n peak!

Our family of 12 ( infants, and children of all ages plus adults) stayed at this condo. It was fantastic, had everything we needed. Just like being at home. Gary communicated and made our check in and out process so easy. He made sure to contact me with everything I needed before i even thought about contacting him. It was a great experience and will definitely stay there if going to new your again!

Well furnished and spacious. The outside balcony was an extra bonus to sit out in the fine weather. It was perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area: Panama Rocks, Chatauqua Lake, Bemus Point etc. We particularly enjoyed the cable ferry from Bemus to Stow ferry and Boxcar Barneys Ice Cream Shop in Mayville

The condo was great for a large family to stay! Plenty of space and plenty of bed space! There is a lot of stairs to get up to the condo which was kinda tricky at times with small children but the place was still great!

Amazing property

Amazing property

My family and I had a fantastic time! The place is very roomy with plenty of beds! It was very very clean! Each room had fresh linens and towels and the entire place was spotless! Owner was very helpful and responds quickly when asked a question. Everything was labeled, so wifi access, lights, remotes were all very easy to operate. Clear instructions were left for check out as well. I would absolutely stay here again- my family, including a 4 year old, all had plenty to do and enjoy!
