The property was satisfactorily. The place needs some maintenance and TLC. The unit had some visible areas of damage. Broken tile and missing grout i the up stairs ki g room. The 2nd bedroom had a hole in the wall. Some water damage in places and in the king room the A/C vent dripped cold water all night.

Very spacious, great host quick response time there are steps in this unit to get up to the living room, kitchen dining, and then another set of steps to get up to the bedrooms. But you can’t beat this area. You’re literally on the beach. This is our second stay Our family rents multiple condos at a time.

We enjoyed the private beach access, the closeness to the restraunts, and the cottage we stayed in. Only thing we thought we had the cottage directly on the beach not by the road. Still would plan to come back :).

Claimed to be beachfront with amazing views of beach. Unit is roadfront with view of street, neighbor parking and from out on the balcony only if you look over the parking trees and rooftops sliver of gulf is visible. Elevator was actually an empty shaft locked closed not functional. Bathroom floor rotting and so soft and badly flexed I was not comfortable standing on the broken floor tiles. AC ceiling vent in bedroom moldy. Other ceiling broken and flaking off. Unpatched hole in bedroom wall. Claimed tv’s in all rooms but not true either. Spindles in stairs railings broken out and missing in several places. Other units may be in better shape but unit C needs serious work and would be overpriced at half the rate they charged per night. Only nice thing was it was only 100 yards to the beach. Shame on owners and VRBO for putting up such a false advertisement. Have photos of all if VRBO interested in seeing what it is really like. Am regular VRBO customer and this was worst experience ever and only one that I felt I had to review.

Unit C was perfect for our family of four. Clean and plenty of space to move around. Bedrooms are on the third level. Beach chairs and towels are available. Kitchen stocked with the basics. Easy walk to the beach. The only thing I might suggest would be a broom and some basic cleaning supplies as we like to clean up after ourselves during our stay! All in all, would definitely return!

I am a FL native and have been to beaches on both FL coasts my whole life. THIS IS BEACH HEAVEN! The property itself is spacious, incredibly clean, and steps to the water and sand. The location can not be better if you are looking for peace and a private secluded beach. Water was clear and calm for snorkeling in the mornings. Turtle nests were abundant and the turtle patrol women were gracious enough to chit chat with me about their work and how important the hatching season is. The few people we saw during our stay were welcoming and gave us tips on where to find the best sharks teeth and shells, and a neighbor offered boogie boards to my sons. We came home with over 30 sharks teeth and a great variety of seashells. A dolphin visited us in the water on our first day. A manatee visited us the second. :) We even found a seahorse just walking the beach right: All of this right outside of the rental. Lock n’ Key is an amazing seafood restaurant and they delivered our fresh seafood right to the beach. Can’t get better than that. All we talked about on our drive home was coming back. This is a true gem. Thank you for having my family!

Being 71 with a 13 year old lab the stairs proved to be too much for each of us and a concern for my wife. We left 24 hours early. So far limited impression of VBRO our second encounter. Home poorly stocked, lights not functioning, just limited awareness by host/management but not knowing the elevator wasn’t working was a major disappointment.

The property and location were perfect. The beach was amazing and super close to the house. The house itself was great as well. It has a large family room for relaxing a bit after a day in the sun as well as great bedrooms. The king bed was too soft for my taste, but my wife loved it. The property was also very close to some incredible restaurants as well. Overall we really enjoyed our mini vacation and recommend this property!

Andrew was awesome. We got into town early and he allowed us to check-in early (such a big help there.) The property is absolutely gorgeous, quite, and steps away from the beach. Its also with in walking distance of our favorite tiki bar/restaurant. The parking spots on the property are not suitable for larger vehicles (I have a surbaban) but not to worry theres special parking not far, Andrew was a great help with that. The house is absolutely beautiful, and very spacious we had 6 people in total and there was plenty of room for all of us (one kid slept on the couch). All the beds where very comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. Both rooms upstairs had bathrooms with showers so convenient when you have multiple people. I loved the kitchen theres so much cabinet space. You can also see he ocean from the balcony. The house was also very clean. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for us to use. That was so helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is great and the property is fairly well-maintained and clean. Things work properly and the kitchen is equipped. Furniture needs to be updated for sure and the parking is pretty tight.

We rented 2 units for this trip, the first a 3-story walk-up townhouse which clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella, then our host was very accommodating when we asked to extend our trip and although we had to change units, it actually amounted to an upgrade and the cleaning crew was so very amazing and accommodating that they made the transition very smooth and got us back into the new unit as soon as they could. It wasn't a hardship, though, because this property has direct access to a beautiful private beach area and is within walking distance or a quick golf cart ride to food and entertainment. All of the neighbors we encountered were very nice and fun. Andrew was very responsive and cordial. We would definitely rent from Englewood again!

Self check in was easy. Communication was great. Reported an issue and property manager responded quickly. Very spacious unit with a short walk to beach. Unit was clean and met our needs. As noted in previous reviews, lots of stairs, but we managed. Parking is very tight, but we managed without incident.

Location, location, location! It was great! Be prepared for no soap in the showers, and no condiments. Bring what you need! It was so close to the beach and had great views. The place was very spacious as well. I loved it!

The condo is a three story building with a lot of stair steps. The living area was on the second floor. It could use some updates to improve the area. The third floor had two bedrooms with each having there on bathrooms. The carpet in the bedrooms were needing replaced due to stains.
Overall the stay was okay. It would be great if the elevator was working.

Two night beach stay
Condo was beautiful on the inside. It was not very clean. I wiped everything down when we arrived. It had a clean appearance however my own cleaning revealed the truth. Parking was an issue. I called ahead because of other reviews. I was told my truck would fit and That was not the case. Luckily, there was some parking off site within a short walk to park. Only downside was if the weather was bad you were trapped or soaked. I would definitely return, only be sure your not driving anything larger than a smaller suv. Some larger vans may not fit. Some large cars may also not fit. Beach was beautiful.

4th of July Getaway
Always an amazing time here. The beaches are clean and beautiful. Easy 1 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and beautiful. Will definitely be returning!

Beach with Grandchildren
Our unit was very clean, and check-in was a breeze. The unit was well stocked with all the necessary essentials. Very nice accommodations and located in a safe area. I took some of my older and younger grandchildren on this little beach trip and we had a marvelous time. The beach was very close, and we had perfect weather. The children enjoyed seeing the Sea Turtle Nests which were all along the beach. As others had commented the parking area was very tight so don't drive a large truck or SUV.

It was a very nice condo and convenient to everything in the area. the only drawbacks were the number of stairs...There are a lot of stairs to get up to the main living area and then more steps to the bedroom. We did not realize that when we booked. Otherwise, everything was there and very nicely appointed. We had someone in our parking place, but the owner responded to our questions quickly.

Great location, clean and comfortable.
The unit is very close to the beach. The entire complex is directly beachfront but this particular unit was on the end of the complex closest to the street. Even with that, it was a very short walk from our front door to the beach. It was private and not a lot of people. The balconies had gulf views but are not very big and no chairs to sit outside. The couches and some furniture and flooring have a lot of wear but overall it was clean and comfortable. The listing says sleeps 6 but it’s really 5. There is a double and twin in the 2nd bedroom. The unit has everything you need except food and your personal items. Communication was great. Anytime we had a question, it was quickly answered. Grocery store was about 4 miles away on mainland. Down the road were a few restaurants and a beach wear store. A lot of people walking around. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back to this particular unit.

Sleepy Key
Our experience is that this a sleepy key. It was easy to get on to the key and the beaches were not too busy. It is less of a party atmosphere and limited bars and restaurants. Location was great and a short walk to bars etc.
