Pat is a rockstar!! The cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Montecito near the Upper Village. Montecito is a beautiful area with dense foliage, beautiful landscapes, and amazing homes. The cottage is an easy walk to Pierre LaFonde and slightly longer walk to the wonderful town of Montecito. House is small, as described and pictures are accurate. Now for the A+ service. We arrived and the power in the neighborhood was out due to a city issue. Pat was right on informing us upon arrival. The city was delayed returning services so Pat did everything she could to accommodate the situation from incredibly rapid communication, supplying a cooler for the food, and bringing over portable lighting. She kept us updated and even brought over a bottle of wine for any inconvenience. She defines excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you Pat for your service and a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the cottage It has a great location both to the beach and to town. The house itself is very well equipped to cook and space to move around for two people. We loved the decor!

We can't speak highly enough of the Bungalow. Roomy, newly remodeled and all the amenities you would ever need. Best part is you can walk to the upper Montecito Village for breakfast, coffee and gourmet goodies. All around great place to stay.

We enjoyed staying at this little bungalow. It had all the amenities you would need. very comfortable bed and sparkling clean bathroom.Nice outside seating area and close to the town village. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come back!

We stayed for two nights and the property was in an excellent location and in such a great neighborhood. Bed was super comfortable and bungalow had all the amenities that anyone would need. Highly recommend staying here is you're looking for a cute and quaint place to stay!

We felt cozy and enjoyed the interaction with host, Pat. The best thrill was the surprise that my daughter's family, as a birthday surprise, rented the bungalow next door. Yes, indeed, we will be returning.

The cottage was perfect for me. East to get to, in the heart of Montecito, clean and beautifully decorated. From the bedding to the large (and comfortable) leather couch to the coffee table and bed, I loved the accommodations. The ability to cook my own food, park right outside the door and go for a walk right outside my door was idyllic. Thank you for a great stay.

A great base to explore Santa Barbara, Ojai and the coast. Perfect size for two people, well-equipped and tucked away on a quiet road in a gorgeous neighbourhood. Excellent parking.

We had a lovely stay at Hedgerow, which is equipped with everything you need for a getaway. The place was clean and cozy. It rained much of the time we stayed but we were able to make good use of the kitchen and activities nearby.

We could not have asked for a better experience and location. We were within minutes of the places we wanted to visit while there on our short stay (Lotusland, Casa Del Herrero, Santa Barbara Beach area). The property was clean, cozy and had everything we needed or wanted during our stay. Recommended restaurants, hiking areas and other places of interest were right on and much appreciated. Communication with the host was responded to promptly. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

A few days of cycling along the coast with this cottage as base camp was lovely. Pleasant space, very well done and maintained, nice patio in the garden. Outdoor shower after a warm day on the bike...heaven. Followed by five minute drive to Montecito dining, solid day out.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Pat's place. It was the perfect size - small, but cozy and spacious in the living room area, with plenty of outdoor seating space! It was better than what we expected and we loved that it was so close to nearby grocery stores and Downtown SB. We can't wait to come again!
