Enjoy a first class experience in the heart of town at Casa del Sol. Easy walking to plaza, museums, Canyon Rd, Railyard District. 1930's fully restored adobe house. Furnished with cooking essentials, luxury beds & bedding and stylish details. A/C, gas fireplace, high speed wifi, (2) TV's with 185 channels & Netflix, top end kitchen, fullsize washer/dryer. Beautiful backyard space with firepit, BBQ, sitting & dining spaces. Skylights drench the home with sunlight. Experience the real Santa Fe!

This private home exudes authenticity with its wooden Vigas beams in the ceiling and refinished polished plaster walls. Sleep in comfort in 2 bedrooms. Master Bedroom has 1 King bed and desk work area. Second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Twins can be converted to a King upon request. Master bedroom has 55" flatscreen TV and desk for working on your laptop. Your spacious private bathroom is complete with fullsize washer and dryer and towel heater. Lovely living room has gas fireplace, luxurious couch sofa and 50" flatscreen smart TV with 185 channels and Netflix! Modern kitchen is complete with all cooking and dining needs, wineglasses, spices and complimentary basket of teas/coffees and cooking staples. Cozy dining area can seat 6. Outdoor space is large and includes BBQ Grill and sitting area with firepit, as well as dining area. This space is shared with guests from the casita.

Had a great time in this cozy home. Our family of four was in town celebrating a wedding and this was the perfect spot. Easy walk to the plaza so we didn’t have to deal w/ driving & parking.

Thank you for a great trip. It's a terrific house and the location is just right for easy walks into town and home at night after dinners out. Private, quiet, cozy - lovely furnishings and well-equipped for everyone. (The extra heater in the bathroom was a treat as it was still wintery during our visit - but we were quite warm.) A few tour books on the shelf were helpful as well. We can't wait to come back!

The home was wonderful and beautiful. It was perfect for two friends who did not mind sharing a bathroom. The location is a quick walk to the plaza, and even faster to the Georgia O'Keefe museum. The street is very quiet and dark at night. When walking back in the evening a flashlight/phone maybe handy as some of the street lights were not on. Overall a great find and stay.

We loved our stay at this location in Santa Fe. The condo was well stocked with what we needed. It was clean, modern, and comfy. The location was great and we could walk to a ton of places.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location within walking distance of all the downtown shops, restaurants, and museums. We loved the courtyard with a fire pit and lovely lights. We got a bit confused on the heater, but the host quickly helped us get it going. We would stay here again!

My two adult daughters and I spent four nights at this sweet little casa within several minutes walk to the Plaza and all that we wanted to see. While we didn't use the kitchen, it is just as pictured, high-end appliances, and a table perfect for a game of cards! The gas fireplace was a toasty addition. I paid for the VRBO so I got the large primary BR with the king bed! The second BR has two twins and a dresser, but no closet. A bit tight but it worked out fine. Alicia left some snacks, breakfast bars, and coffee pods which we appreciated since we did not have a car. Keely, the local manager, was available within minutes to address a couple small issues. I highly recommend this property!

We had a great week at Casa del Sol! The house was very clean and nicely decorated - and the location couldn't be better! It's an easy walk to the plaza (maybe 7-8 minutes) and even closer to many restaurants. Highly recommend it!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed the "Casa." The location is convenient (walkable) to all the downtown attractions including the Plaza, restaurants, Canyon Rd, etc. and has all the conveniences needed for fixing your own meals and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and stargazing in the evenings. Highly recommend.

This is a well kept property with nice furnishings easily walkable to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked to cook, some spices and even sweet extras like granola bars, coffee pods and pop corn. Also loved the bathroom heater that kept out toes toasty

Our family of five really enjoyed this cozy home, situated steps away from all downtown Santa Fe has to offer. Beautifully decorated and well appointed, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again our next time thru town. Also street parking was a breeze because owners provided resident parking passes. A gem!
