About this house rental

Beautiful home (3 bedroom, 3 bath) on a nice cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood. Just 1 mile off I70 and walking distance of Aubel Bickel park. Fenced in backyard with playset for the kiddos. Driveway and garage parking available. Free wifi and Roku TVs.

Very comfortable beds! King bed in master, twin with trundle in spare bedroom, Queen in downstairs guest bedroom. Extra air mattresses, a single cot, 2 crib mattresses and 2 large sectional couches. Pack ‘n play available also.

Exceptions for small pets (under 10 lbs) for an extra $25. Early check in or late check out for $20/hr (if possible).

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for 1 night on our way to Colorado, and it worked out perfectly. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Kristina's communication was thorough and timely, which made checking in and out smooth and easy. Would stay here again.

In Hays for a family wedding. Did NOT want to stay in a hotel. This house is clean and spacious. Nice back yard. Nice neighborhood. Very clean. Recommend highly.

This house was the perfect place to stretch out and relax on our route to Colorado. It had everything we needed, and more! Our toddler especially enjoyed the yard and swing set after being cooped up in the car all day. We will definitely stay again!

Great home, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Wonderful home gym in the basement. I liked having a basement in case of severe weather in Kansas. Great host and easy access to I-70. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a 4 day professional course at Fort Hays! It was the perfect house to study and relax. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate!

This house was amazingly beautiful in a nice neighborhood had 3 rooms with comfy beds. It is two stories and the bottom room is great for couples it has its on bathroom and away from everyone else great privacy.

We were travelling with our daughter, son-in-law and our 2 very young grandchildren. This home was perfect for us. The grandsons got to run off their excess energy (after sitting in a car for 6 hours) in the spacious backyard and jungle gym. The house had everything we needed, plus more! jAnd was one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. It was just a short stay, but we could have easily spent several days there. We would definitely stay there again (in fact our daughter tried to book it for their return trip, but it was already full.) Thank you to the wonderful host!

We were specifically looking for a home with garage parking. This great home near the interstate fit the bill. Nice information packet with Wi-Fi password. Clean orderly home. Comfortable king size bed. Enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family when we came to Hays to attend the Kansas Shrine Bowl football game and activities. We had a combination of 2 sides of the family so the multiple bedrooms and options for sleeping arrangements was great! The owner had so many extras! Easy to get to, beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail, and even a great backyard we did not utilize with adults and teens but would be great for a family with young children! I recommend this place to EVERYONE! We stayed 3 nights.

Our family was in town for a funeral and staying together in one space was a million times better than any hotel. We were able to visit with one another and spend quality time together. The house was very clean and well laid out for our large group. Because most of us are from the area, we will be back to stay here again!

So many beds! It was perfect for our extended family traveling together for a wedding. There were seven of us (ages 4 to 91) and there was so much space for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is beautiful and so comfy!

We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone needing a stop along I-70. My son especially enjoyed the playground and the wall maps in his room. My husband and I appreciated the garage and the master suite. The host immediately answered our questions. Strongly recommend!

We loved this property! Our teenage daughter was so sad that we could only stay one night. She loved having a room to tuck away in her own corner and she was stoked by the workout room. We loved the master ensuite bathroom. The decor was so charming and happy. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean - we enjoyed sitting in the fenced backyard just to enjoy the stars in the evening. Having a garage to park in to unload and load with an attached laundry was amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!
