Stayed here for the weekend with the family. The host is super nice! Had everything I needed for the family, the space was great, clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. We also had everything we needed near the area. I will be staying here again!

Not going back!
On a positive note: The location was very good, a convenient property between downtown Naples and North Naples. The owner/host was responsive, however unfortunately he didn't have a property manager in place who could readily take care of issues. As an experienced VRBO renter there were several negatives that would dissuade me from renting here again. This is my laundry list:
--Some spices were on hand, but no salt and pepper shakers!
--Not enough hangers
--No hampers (I used a box)
--Beach towels were thin and worn
--No outdoor tables next to the pool. Loungers were new but no place to put a drink, sunglasses, or sunscreen.
--No headboard for the guest room bed.
--Furniture looked nice enough but was very worn--springs were old, so you sunk into the chairs and sofas.
--Master bathroom toilet was child sized and filthy dirty on the underside of the rim.
--Dishwasher was outdated and did not heat at the end of the cycle. You are left with wet, "clean" dishes at the end of the cycle.
--Plumbing system was not good. You could not have 2 showers going at the same time and you could not brush your teeth while waiting for the shower to heat up. If so, the shower would turn off.
--Pool service was AWFUL. Never went in the pool because it was not cleaned and did not have enough water in it...never sure chemicals would be right. We rented because we wanted a pool--what a waste!!
--The kitchen was not well equipped. There was cheap flatware, a lack of kitchen linens, no placemats, and a lack of newer, matching cups and glasses.
