Fabulous stay with great amenities and ideal location. The unit was clean, spacious, well stocked and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The area was very safe and well-kept with security gates and multiple pools with food and beverage service. Getting access to the Pacifico Beach Club was a huge added bonus. Host was communicative, responsive and very helpful. Can't wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived at Pacifico we knew we were in for a great vacation. Oscar was a fantastic host!! The welcome fruit basket was an awesome surprise. The weekly housekeeping service was also much appreciated.
Oscar was attentive and available to answer every question from taxi’s to medical care. We couldn’t have been happier! Pacifico is a great location and close to the beach and numerous restaurants.
We would not hesitate to recommend this Pacifico condo and Oscar as a host!!

This property was just as described. It was extremely clean and it was close to everything. The gated property grounds were amazing and very well maintained. The pools were freshwater and gorgeous. Having the pool side service was a nice touch. Access to pickleball courts and sports facilities was handy. The view from our balcony was a great way to start the day with our coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. One thing I will say about Costa Rica is that the sun and heat are relentless....SUNSCEEN and GOLFCART!! It was an absolutely incredible vacation and Oscar(property manager) was, as everyone says, wonderful.

Exceeded Expectations - Beautiful Apartment, Exceptional Amenities - Responsive Owner!
Our family of four stayed for a week at Oscar’s 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Pacifico at the end of the year. The stay exceeded our expectations! A few highlights:
1. Very well-appointed apartment with a view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Better than the pictures can capture. The kitchen and dining area were very functional, although we did not cook much.
2. Excellent communication from Oscar throughout the process with local suggestions when requested. The welcome fruit basket was so thoughtful!
3. Pacifico - this is a large, high-end, gated community with impeccably maintained grounds, large pools and walking trails. Reminded us of the grounds and the ambiance of some of the Ritz properties in Florida and the Caribbean.
4. Access to the Pacifico Beach Club with a $25 per person per day cover charge. Well worth it! The beach club was a 5-7 minute car ride from this apartment. Pacifico Shuttle service is available, with a somewhat limited schedule, in case you don’t rent a car.
5. Convenience of a U.S. style grocery store - Auto Mercado with an excellent bakery and fresh food selection. Good food choices at near by restaurants. Our favorite place for amazing locally roasted coffee and brunch was *Big Fingers Coffee Roaster & Simbiosis Bistro* across the street from the Pacifico. Also liked Fabra Cafe, Atizo, and Mar Azul restaurants.

What an amazing condo. I have been using VRBO for over 10 years worldwide and this is by far one of my favorite condos. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook. It has enough pots and pans, bowls and utensils to get the job done. It even has a great selection of spices, oils, vinegar and sugar. I was so happy to have coffee filters and not have to run to the store after a long flight to get all these items for the next day. Oscar even had a bag of Costa Rican coffee along with fruit to welcome us. The location is ideal if you do not have a car. You can walk to everything from here. The grocery store is just outside the gated community. Oscar has impeccable communication skills. He responded quickly to all our questions and provided helpful tips. The master bed was very good and the place felt like home. Oscar goes beyond the expected to keep everything well maintained in the unit so that guests don’t experience any unforeseen issues. I am ready to return and stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying in Pacifico at this spacious 2BR/2BA condo. The unit was exactly as described and the balcony overlooking the ocean and sunsets was absolute perfection. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need and made for the perfect spot for cooking meals. We also loved the local Auto Mercado on site for our grocery needs. The check in process was thoroughly explained and very easy to follow. We appreciated the dedicated parking and security of this rental. Please note that the unit is on the 3rd floor with the parking garage on the ground floor, so there are 30 steps (3 flights) to climb with luggage. This was well explained but an important distinction for those with ambulatory issues. The Pacifico community is truly lovely, and while we hoped to take advantage of the beach club (off site), it was booked out for a private event on the afternoon we planned to go. Definitely something to try next time! We are also so appreciative of the host’s availability and immediate responses to our questions. This rental is also a great location to the beach and downtown areas and such an easy drive to/from Liberia. We highly recommended this rental!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is exactly what it looks like online. Oscar was amazing from the start. I had a ton of questions and he always answered them quickly and was so very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. The condo was spotless. We are a family of 5 and we were able to spread out and enjoy the space. The condo is in a great location and also has great amenities. We took advantage of the pool and the little restaurant next to it. Highly recommend this gorgeous condo. Hope to be back in CR one day soon and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Oscar!

The property is well managed and organized. It's very safe. The guards are always present at the point of entrance and exit. Additionally, they have security guards riding motorcycles and continuously checking the property. The grounds and pools are very well maintained and clean. The apartment itself accommodated for all of our family needs. We were able to prepare breakfast and quick snacks anytime. The beds are very comfortable. The two bathrooms worked well for a family of four. We had an easy access to the local restaurants, souvenir shops and the beach. I give Oscar fives stars for his communication skills. Always received prompt responses and all of our questions were well explained. Oscar provided us with the QR codes for an easy access to the property and the pool. Additionally, he forwarded all the necessary visual instructions such as a map of the entire complex and the a bus shuttle schedule . Thank you Oscar for making our vacation pleasant and safe!

This property is so conveniently located and was extremely clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. We never really used the kitchen, but it had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Having an oversized parking space below the apartment was very convenient. Oscar went out of his way to check in several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning.

Oscar's property was exactly as described. We loved our visit there! It is convenient to the market (Automercado), restaurants, shops and bars. Just a few minutes walk to the beach or you can take the property's shuttle to the gorgeous private beach club only 3 minutes away. The condo/apartment is on a hill then up 40 stair steps, so save a little energy for your return if you are out walking about. Oscar's communication prior and throughout our stay was excellent. I highly recommend this property!

We have rented many times through VRBO but often you are dealing with a management company rather than the actual owner. Oscar always replied immediately to our questions , and checked up on us. We had a glitch when we arrived as scaffolding was covering our balcony. The development was painting this side of the building blocking the ocean view. Oscar could not have been more apologetic or helpful in resolving this issue which was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

We loved staying in this condo!!! For a family of 4, it was the perfect set-up. So spacious! The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds and the couch were great. The kitchen and dining table were used everyday. Last but certainly not least, THE PATIO! What I wouldn’t give to be back on that patio right now having my morning coffee! Such a beautiful view. I loved looking out at the ocean, greenery, and mountains. The little birds were entertaining and it was always exciting to hear the howler monkeys in the distance.
Pacifico was a great community for us. We felt safe and the grounds were beautiful. We took the shuttle to the beach house several times and would recommend that. There are several pools and we explored them all. The pool grill had great food and service. Location was wonderful. It’s a short walk to the grocery store or ice cream shop. You can also walk to downtown Coco and the beach!
Last but certainly not least, I really can’t say enough amazing things about our host, Oscar. His communication was amazing ahead of our trip and during. I tested positive for Covid when I was about to leave and I will be forever grateful for the help and support Oscar provided as I attempted to navigate that. He extended my stay, called the lab for me, and answered so many of my questions. Oscar, thank you so much for being so wonderful!!

I cannot say enough about this property. Oscar was very helpful and quick to answer questions. The condo was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. We slept comfortably, the kitchen was well-supplied, the grounds are beautiful, and it is so tranquil. The view from the balcony was so lovely. The pool area was an absolute garden paradise. They also have a restaurant/bar on one end of it where you can order things (at American prices). I wish we stayed there out whole visit and took advantage of the club! Next time!!

Property was clean and updated. Close to grocery stores and a short walk to the beach and shopping. Check in was super easy and we were able to do a late check in because our flight was late. Oscar even offered to get us some snacks for the fridge because a lot of places were going to be closed when we arrived. Oscar was quick in responding to a couple of questions we had.
