Summary:
Flor de Limón #26 in Coco is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a swimming pool right across from the beach in the popular Las Palmas neighborhood.

The Space:
One unique feature here is a rooftop deck with a BBQ, sink and dining table for eight, plus three reclining loungers, a covered outdoor sofa set and a large umbrella. It’s a delightful place to sit and enjoy the night sky and the sounds of the ocean. A shared swimming pool also has lounge chairs, poolside bathroom facilities and a book-sharing library.

One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, which sleeps three. There’s also a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this unit to sleep up to seven people. There’s a TV in the living room with a Fire Stick, as well as Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room.

The condo offers views of the pool, garden and mountains, plus a “peekaboo” glimpse of the ocean. The condo is on the second floor, with the rooftop patio upstairs. It’s directly across the street from the beach, a short walk away.

The kitchen is quaint but has a fridge, stove, microwave, sink, coffee and rice maker, and an ocean-view breakfast bar.

Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

On weekend nights on the main drag, live music and DJ beats pour out of the popular Zi Lounge and Coconutz restaurants (among others).
Coco is home to an upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, the exclusive Pacifico resort community and much more. Many foreigners have come to visit and never left.
