As you enter the living area you will find plenty of places to kick back and relax with sights of the private back patio. This space offers a gas grill and tons of seating making it easy to enjoy watching your favorite team on the outdoor flatscreen TV while the kids play in the private heated pool.
There are 4 master bedrooms (yes, 4 master bedrooms) each with a King bed and private bath, and one additional bunk room that has its own bathroom and a set of XL hall bunks. This house is perfect for a multi-family retreat or a family getaway! Come unwind and relax in this beautiful home and go explore all that Seacrest Beach and 30A have to offer.
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

Seacrest is an ideal place for families and people of all ages. Walk the cobble-stone streets in the Seacrest neighborhood, bike along scenic 30-A, enjoy free concerts and outdoor movies, dine at casual and gourmet restaurants, and let the kids run off to the ice cream parlor or candy store.
Seacrest hosts Camp Creek Lake, meaning that ecosploring opportunities abound. Rare bird species can be found along the borders of the lake, which is surrounded by walking trails and made up of a mix of salt and fresh water.
This quaint beach neighborhood regularly welcomes new shops and restaurants. Recently opened establishments, like Acme Ice House, add an exciting twist to the Seacrest dining scene while long-time favorites, like Seacrest Sundries and LaCocina, keep regulars coming back for more.
