I was really tempted to not leave a review because everything about this property was PERFECT and I didn't want the secret to get out!!! But since I can't stay here 52 weeks a year, I guess I'll let everyone else know just how perfect this place was for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. I hope we can come back soon!

We loved the house & location. The only thing we were bummed about was the pool was not heated & felt like an ice bath. Hundreds of people were there and no one got in the pool :(

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, organized and a blast, the host was very responsive and timely. We overall really enjoyed our trip and would stay again!

Aqua Waters was perfect for our family birthday celebration. The house is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are well positioned, each with it's own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to park 3 cars in front of the house and the 4th on the street. The only negative comment is there was not a wine opener in the kitchen. Thank goodness I had packed one. This was our 5th time to stay in the Seacrest community, first time at Aqua Waters. I was pleasantly surprised at the presence of the security staff in the community and at the pool. We have already booked a return to Aqua Waters in the Spring 2024.

I cannot say enough good things about this house. We stayed at a house down the street last summer and are so glad that we switched it to this house this year. This house has the absolute perfect location! Our family fit in it amazingly and everybody had plenty of room. There is also room to enjoy peace and quiet when they needed it. There’s so many different balconies and decks, and the bunkbed room actually has comfortable mattresses on the bunkbeds. Which our kids were very happy about! There’s really hard to find anything to complain about with this house. The only thing I wish they would do would be to put some lights on the steps going down the patio to the pool. We had two kids fall. One fell pretty hard and cut up her knee and the other one luckily caught them selves before hitting the ground. The lighting on those steps is not the best. Other than that the house was amazing and we will definitely be back.!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd stay at this home. Great location on the pool and all the amenities and kitchen gear you’d ever need for a great time. Will stay again without a doubt!

This was a beautiful property, located directly off the large pool, the primary reason we booked this house. Although we read reviews that the pool security strictly enforced pool rules, we had no idea the pool security would force pool closures for hours on end, EVERY SINGLE DAY we stayed at the Seacrest property (the entire 1st week in Aug.). The staff would relay the pool was closing for several hours due to poop and/or diarrhea, every single day (one day it opened only for 1 hr.)!
Security was not being honest however. On one occurrence, there had been a child jump into the pool off the fountain wall that had difficulty swimming and a couple was throwing a football not permitted in the pool. The Security watching the pool were panicked, they phoned someone indicating they didn't know what to do, so they were closing the pool, due to the pool being heavily occupied and 2 persons not adhering to the rules. They yelled the pool was closed and then told everyone someone reported poop in the pool, NOT TRUE!
All of these closures were not being reported to 30A Mangement, we did visit the management office to relay these closures! We paid $10K for a house off the pool, and the pool was readily closed every day for hours on end.
Also, there were roaches in the house. Roaches found in the bunk room on the 2nd floor, and a roach in the kitchen coffee maker.
The house was very nice, but the pool was a huge disappointment and we would not consider staying in Seacrest again.

florida. fun
This property was great for our family. The teenagers stayed off of their devices and played ping-pong, rode bikes and enjoyed the beach.

Beautiful Property
Property is beautiful. The third floor deck was awesome. Playing ping pong, watching TV, playing cards, swinging in the day beds over the pool was so fun!
We took a senior trip and the kids had a great time. 16 people fit nicely with nice showers, etc.
The WiFi/cell/internet service is a challenge in that area of seacrest. We rebooted the WiFi devices by powering off the power strip to the left of the TV and the WiFi started working.
The cell data service in that area was always bad. Also UBER does not pickup from that area. Both don’t reflect on the property. Just info for renters.
Overall the property was even better than the pics, and seacrest is just so fun for teenagers.
The 5 bikes are a nice perk. Someone did “borrow” one of our bikes so don’t forget to lock them up. I ended up renting 2 better bikes for the parents to ride. But the cruisers were great for the kids.

Spring Break trip 8 adults and 8 small children GREAT TRIP!!!
My husband and I stayed at this property with 3 other couples and all of our small children ranging from newborns to 6 years old. The house and location are absolutely gorgeous! The house fit all of us very comfortably and we loved the top balcony and we were right next to the pool. The tram service is very convenient and easy to use. The area is very family friendly with lots to do for all. It was easy to get to the beach walking or by tram. We wish the pool was heated. It would’ve also been nice if there was somewhere to store luggage prior to check in and after check out. Other than those couple of things, we had a WONDERFUL trip!!!!

House great- too many pool rules
Beautiful house with marvelous views of the pool and great outdoor amenities(grill, Green Egg, ping pong, swinging beds, etc.) The only reason we rate it 2/5 stars is because something needs to be done about the overbearing pool police sfaff. These people make it their life's goal to make sure you cannot have any fun, by over enforcing the nit-picky rules. They harassed endless families for rules such as letting your kid play by your chair, making all of the drinks be 2 feet from the pool edge, and shutting the pool down to kids for 10 minutes every hour. They should consider just making an adult pool and a kid friendly pool if they want to go that route. These two rules are just a few of the endless annoyances that led to many discussions with other guests around the pool, who agree. I would highly recommend some changes be considered, as a vacation is supposed to be relaxing. I understand that controls o serve a purpose, but some of these seem to serve no purpose. This was our first time to Seacrest Beach after 20+ years spent at Rosemary Beach, and I must say, we might consider going back to Rosemary Beach.

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location
We loved the location! Right by the large pool and an easy walk to nearby restaurants & shops. Our group of 14 loved the bedroom arrangements, especially the bunk room with 6 beds. Will stay here again!

Aqua Waters was great! The location was perfect and the entire house was wonderful.
Everything was great, but the TV on the third floor outside did not work. We called several times but never got anyone or received a call back. Since this was a big bowl game weekend we were not able to enjoy that part of Aqua Waters. Aside from that the house was wonderful. The location was perfect, the decor and bedrooms were very nice , and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a grand time! I highly recommend this property!
Aqua Waters is a wonderful property. It was a perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed having lots of space to play and gather together. The location was perfect too! Thanks!

Great house and great location
We were very pleased with this house. Wonderful to be so close to the pool and an easy way to get to the beach

Excellent
Just what we needed

Greet location and amenities. Property staff, especially Linda, were very helpful.
The property itself need some work. No shade or privacy screen on the front door; it needs something given all the foot traffic.
The cleaning crew should be more thorough in their cleaning. The wood floors were dirty and dusty when we got there.
Broken light bulbs on the staircase.
The swings on the top floor balcony need to be more secure.

Awesome house in perfect locationa
This is arguably the best location within the Seacrest community. The pool is centrally located in this 500 home development and this is one of only a few homes where you can literally walk out the back door and into the pool. Otherwise in Seacrest you'll need to bike, walk or ride a shuttle to the pool. Honestly I cannot say anything negative about the home itself. We had 8 teenagers and 4 adults and there were still 6 unused bunk beds. The home was beautiful with ample space and comfortable beds.
The only negatives that I will mention are the following:
Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. We arrived Saturday and both outdoor trash cans were completely full which meant we had to wait until Tuesday for trash pick up. When you have 12 people in a home, trash tends to pile up rather quickly especially since there is no community recycling. We contacted the property manager but were informed to basically wait until Tuesday.
If I owned a home in this community I can guarantee you the board would get to know me very quickly because the pool staff is ridiculous. They are praying for rain to make their job easier. The slightest rumble of thunder 30 miles away or even heat lightning causes them to close the pool and evacuate the pool deck. This translates into multiple hour long pool closings daily in the summertime as summer rumblings are common and often. I'm not talking about lightning close by. I'm talking about the faint sound of thunder. It was absurd. Every day we had to get out of the pool. Our last day there I walked into the pool with a cup of water and like white on rice pool security told me I had to have my drink on the ledge. I could understand if I had a glass of red wine or a root beer float but this was literally a cup of water. I showed the guy my cup and explained it was just water but he insisted I move to the ledge. I suppose it would have been a travesty to spill my cup of water in the water. Also, the gate in the back patio of the home which opens onto the pool deck is locked at 10pm.
There is a free shuttle service that will pick you up and take you to the beach and pick you up when you're ready to go back to the pool or house. You must have a wrist band to get into the pool and to the beach which is nice because otherwise this place would be overrun by people who aren't staying here.
I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying a house there if you're one who likes to be in the pool often.

Beautiful Seacrest property
Outstanding location, great view of surrounding property. Very comfortably accommodates a large group but intimate enough for a small one. I will be adding this to our VRBO favorites and look forward to returning.
