Quiet, peaceful location.

We had a wonderful time here. We loved that we could walk out the back door and right to a nice trail in the forest. All the amenities we needed were provided. Ludlow was nearby with a supermarket and restaurants. It was a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Instructions about directions, key access and trash disposal were very clear and accurate. I will say please update the canned message you get after reserving the house. There was still info about flooding from one year ago which no longer applied.
There were some steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and the finished basement. Just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

The hot tub and sauna are easy to use. It is very convenient to Killington. I have prepared two big meals on each occasion we have been there and the kitchen, although lacking in some items I had to buy, has afforded us enough room to do everything we wanted. The dining room table is a good size, and the firewood is easily accessible.

This was the perfect spot for us. We utilized every amenity and there were plenty! Hot tub was fresh and HOT, sauna was a delight, the jacuzzi bathtub was so relaxing looking out amongst the trees and we made a fire every night. Loved having 2 living rooms, beds were comfy, every detail was accounted for plus a great design sense overall. The space itself felt very private + in the woods and our AWD vehicle had no trouble whatsoever. Great location - we will certainly be back again next winter!! Thank you!

We absolutely love this house. The skiing this year was not the best but we still had a wonderful time exploring the area, relaxing at the house and the hot tub. The new and improved deck on the back porch was a beautiful touch. Hope to be back soon.

Perfect weekend getaway with friends! Decorations for the holidays were super cute and we loved the hot tub, sauna, and basement area. Feels secluded, lots of trees around. However, the blender should be thrown out or replaced as it started smoking as soon as we used it (probably just too old).

Whether you like to sit outside by fire pit, or get detox done in sauna, or simply dip in a jacuzzi, the house has it all. We had fun playing mini table tennis and dart board in the basement.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway for my husbands 40th. It was perfect! Far away enough from town, but not left with a stranded feeling. Secluded enough to enjoy the scenery, take in the views and unplug as much as you want. Everything that you needed was provided. Would 1000% stay here again.

This house has everything. Loved staying here. There was lots of room, loved using the sauna and hot tub almost every night. House is well stocked in the kitchen and game room. We had the towels and toiletries we needed. My ONLY complaint is that the trash shed for the bins outside are NOT bear proof. There are black bears in the area. You need to install a locking BEAR PROOF trash shed. We ended up taking all our trash (and the trash from the cleaning crew spread all over the driveway that was there when we arrived) down to the trash container at the service area for the Hawk resort. They have a large locked bear proof trash container. Otherwise our stay was amazing and we will certainly visit again.

I wanted to let you know that there is a tear (like a rip) in the middle cushion of the upstairs leather couch that was there when we arrived. Also, the chemical we were supposed to use when done using the hot tub ran out so we were only able to add it to the water after we used it the first time.
Sorry.

I’ll tell you what I didn’t love waiting three days for a phone call back being told that someone would call us back in five minutes and it never happened being told that our amenities were working and they were not paying a fortune for a house that yes was spotless but old and not updated, I called several times before our trip to make sure this house was working properly only to be told it was and that all amenities were working well meaning hot tub and sauna , from day one the sauna did not work and when the repair man came he told us he saw that it was out of order and they never told us but instead took my money for an extra day saying that it was in working order this company lies to you there is no reputable customer service I’m still waiting for days now for a call back doubtful it’ll ever happen do not waste your money !!!!!

Great stay at this quiet property. The adults were able to chill and relax, and the teen went snowboarding! There are 3 ski areas close by. The kitchen was well provisioned so that we were able to cook in and enjoy the fire and the hot tub.
The beds were very comfortable.
The bar could use more wine glasses:)

We originally had plans to go to florida which were halted by the hurricane leaving us scrambling to find an alternate vacation spot last minute. We are so happy we stumbled upon this property. It was such a relaxing, quiet and cozy atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend, hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and nicely setup upon our arrival. The house has everything you need and more. We cooked a full
Thanksgiving dinner with all the cooking and kitchen accessories. It was also very quiet, spacious yet very cozy. Can’t wait to return!

There are not actually 6 beds on site, so if you plan to have 6 people here, be prepared to bring air mattresses or sleep on some of the couches here. This was fine for us as the air pumps don't do much for the upper level so the people who were displaced would have likely wanted to sleep in the basement anyways which was much cooler and always comfortable.
The house itself is clean, is in good condition, and the hot tub and jacuzzi tub both worked well. The bar setup in the basement is also great. We arrived to find an infestation of Nymph ants (juvenile queen ants) having their own version of game of thrones all over the upper and lower levels, but once we killed enough of them the ants seemed to give up, though we did see some hide inside what were presumably old ant traps that no longer worked.
The pictures used for this listing should be updated, and this site should be listed as a 4 bed setup as currently this is false advertising that could have been a problem for less easy going guests.

This was our second stay in this home this year. The first time time in July was perfect except it was a little hot in the upstairsbedrooms without any a/c. The second time was still great but unfortunately the sauna was broken which our whole group was looking forward to. Aside from the sauna we were able to enjoy the other amenities this home had to offer. Would highly recommend and will most likely visit again!

This is a perfect location for getting away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Very quiet and relaxing. There is plenty to do nearby during the day and then you can have a relaxing night to unwind. I would certainly stay here again.

What a perfect spot for a family retreat. The house was just right for the five of us and our puppy. It was spotless and offered everything you would need for your stay. The sauna and jacuzzi were great amenities to have. There was plenty of living space to gather and hang out, play games or whatever you like. Our puppy loved running around out in the yard and there was easy access both in the font and back of the house. The Vacasa staff was friendly and responsive.

Great for a family trip
Well-equipped and comfortable house for a family getaway. Plenty of room to spread out, all the comforts of home provided, and a picturesque place to relax. Only knocking off a star because we did lose power, and the remote location made it a little hard to contact anyone to help. Ultimately, the fireplace kept us warm until the power was restored, and we could get back to our vacationing.

Perfect Vacation Home
We love everything about the chalet. The layout was well thought out. There are 4 full bathrooms so you never have to wait for someone. The chalet at a location that provides privacy and there's minimal vehicular traffic passing up front. We loved the hot tub, sauna and game room. The bar area put the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back!!!

Perfect Mountainside Chalet
Woodland winter views enchanted us in this awesome Hawk Mountain home, a perfect setting for a weekend of friendship and skiing fun! We slept soundly after a fantastic day on the Okemo slopes, sauna and whirlpool spa time, dinner gathered around a table for 8 and music by the roaring fire. Each room is as inviting as the next, offering plenty of living space for games and tv or to retreat with a book or take a private phone call. If you’re looking for a spacious, tasteful, clean, comfortable home-base for your VT getaway, this is the place!

Lovely home!
We enjoyed our stay, house was clean, and we’ll equipped. Loved the fireplace and hot tub! Bedrooms were lovely. We definitely would come again. However, I did not find the property managers to be responsive, I tried to connect a couple times before we arrived, did not get a response. We also had some difficulty getting into the unit, I left that feed back, but no one got back to me.

Skiing okemo
Number of good individual beds and baths. Hot tub was good. Clean and fairly nice. Firewood provided. Steep drive and steps no railing on stepped walk down. Need tv directions. Good attention to little details overall. Asked Vacasa if there was snow shovel and if drive was shoveled twice, they would not answer or would allow me to speak to owner. There was a shovel.

Central Vermont Paradise
This home is so warm and welcoming. Fireplace, comfy couch, spa, sauna to make you relax after a great day in the outdoors. Decorated so nicely and fun games for everyone with darts, ping-pong, pool table and more. Such a great Vermont feel. Only 15 mins from Okemo. We will be back!

Killington Ski Weekend
The property was better than advertised. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, the hot tub and sauna were large, well maintained and a welcome addition to the après ski lifestyle. The home fits eight people comfortably and was only 10-15 minutes from the slopes. Thank you for having us and we hope to stay again soon!
P.S. The keypad on the front door needs to be activated with a gentle swipe of the hand and then you are good to go!

Mountain Escape
We loved this house! It was clean, full of charm, and it felt like we had our own private spa with both a hot tub and sauna. It’s the perfect combination of cozy rustic and vacation luxury. We will absolutely be coming back!

Winter stay
Great property. Arrived to the property during a period of lots of snow. Thank goodness the outdoor lights were on to help us navigate. The property was clean, kitchen provided all we needed for cooking meals. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and of course the hot tub after skiing. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year. Thanks for a great stay.

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay. The setting is rural and woodsy and the big windows offer beautiful views. It is a well taken care off place that instantly welcomes you with its warm decoration, furniture and overall ambience. Having the lights turned on upon arrival and the fire starters displayed right next to the fireplace was a very nice touch. The experience of a loss of power the very first evening turned into a very cozy night with warmth from the fireplace and lots of candles - we talked all night and the lights came back on within a few hours.
The hot tub and sauna were also used.
We are vacation rental owners as well and it is very obvious that these owners take pride in the up keeping of their property - Thank you for sharing it with us!
We will most definitely try to come back.
